I AM SORRY STEWART. THIS IS THE PRICE OF LISTENING TO THOSE WHO DONOT KNOW THE MARKET like Linton, the CLueless, Whoppy, InterestKing in LSE etc- Stock will collapse to well below 2p in my view today as the market knows they will fail in my view.

Nice to see existing shareholders get the first bite of the cherry here.

I will take up a good quota at 2p but will struggle to take up my full share as my current holding looks like the GDP of a small African nation right now. Lol.

There are risks still present but thus is wave one of two or three in order to raise the remainder of the balance. I am confident that the offer will go well and the share price *could* spring up into double figures once funding is in place.

Furthermore investors will get exposure to a multi billion barrel oil drill next year with stunning returns in the event of a discovery. The drill alone will be a certain ten bagger from the open offer level, maybe more.

BPC still have 100% of the asset and shareholders don't get diluted if they take up the open offer. Placing for 7m not as much as first thought. Drilling rig confirmed and booked for March. Shareholders partake at 2p while the CLN is at 2.5p. So shareholders get a discount on the CLN price. I will be taking up my subscription and applying for excess, as I'm sure others will be. Negotiations and farmout still ongoing and possible multi well campaign should a farmout be done on acceptable terms, indicating that so far, terms have not been acceptable. Can a major stand by and watch BPC drill. Drilling gets closer and the potential huge. I'm quite happy at the 2p placing price considering the huge upside.

Errr . They denied last week a likely very credible leak of an institutional funding at 1.2p for 25mill.Then this week come back with an "open" offer st 2p.So looks like it's a sweetener and part of the game to quell the 1.2p leak......which will in all probability still be on the cards ready to be carried out in 6 months instead.Oh dear, so we dont want you to buy shares at 1.2p in the open market, but we're happy to sell you new ones at 2p.Hahaha.

This is game over in my view. THE MARKET KNOWS THAT THE OPEN OFFER WILL FAIL AND HENCE STOCK WILL GO WELL BELOW 2p. Shorts will be activated and the collapse will be enormous.

I tried to warn you mugs but you had to Listen to Linton the Clueless, Whoppy, computercode etc. I feel BAD for the likes of STEWART.

You guys took bad advice in my view and now you will lose a lot of money.

If open offer fails...In such circumstances the Company would look to secure funding by way of alternative sources. There can be no assurance, however, that the Company would be successful in securing any such alternative fundingSo- a bit of honesty re the other options -

THE STOCK WILL GO WELL BELOW 2p as professionals like the Messiah know it will not work and has to be placed at a huge discount - say 1p with institutional investors eventually. Therefore with the stock well below 2p no one will participate in the offer. Only a clown advisor in my view would have come up with such a terrible strategy in my view.

Bad luck MUGS. YOU WERE WARNED AND YOU LAUGHED AT US. NOW WE GO 50% DOWN IN MY VIEW.

Shareholders should note however that there remains a high degree of uncertainty in relation to both the Open Offer and Conditional Convertible Notes, given that ultimate quantum of funding to be received from both is dependent on the occurrence of future events outside of the control of the Company. Specifically:-- Funding from the Convertible Note Subscription Agreement remains subject to certain conditions precedent as set out in that agreement first being satisfied on or prior to 15 February 2020 (unless said conditions are waived by the noteholders) - these have been detailed above;-- the amount raised under the Open Offer will depend on the extent to which shareholders take up their entitlements under the Open Offer and/or the extent to which any shortfall thereunder is taken up or subsequently placed; and

more info on CLNall principal and capitalized interest is fully converted, the Conditional Convertible Notes would result in the issue of approximately 560 million ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to the noteholders, and the Company will have received GBP10.25 million in funding
