If there was anything dodgy this offer would have been released after the interview not before. The BOD should be able to clear up any problems. You can be very sure the interviewer will bring up this subject of the offer. Some people on here are very transient, only yesterday they were singing the praises of the Board.

It's also good that they have only used 900m shares for the OO and CLN,out of the 1.8Bn shares allotted at the AGM. Dilution has been kept to a minimum and we still get to drill and retain 100%. Of course, right up until the spud of the well a famrmin partner could join the party, hence the labouring of the point in the RNS regarding the company ending up with extra funds and doing a multi well campaign.

In all likelihood the placing at 2p will fall well short of being fully subscribed - to get it done the price then needs to be around 1p which is where we are going in my view.

Go learn about GKP and weep at the way a great prospect was trashed by the eye watering costs of start up tiddlers trying to play the oil exploration game.

The biggest problem here is they clearly can't attract interest from the big boys. The last one left after they didn't like what they saw. That's telling you something. But who knows BPC might get lucky ... if they manage to keep raising the money to keep going.

letmepass.. but it won't be will it. You need to own the shares to be eligible for more, plus there is the interview later today (surprised they did not announce this after that tbh) that suggests honest management..
anyway, my view is that people will by positioning themselves to take full advantage of the offer.
Time will tell.
