24/2/2021 12:18 | Just remember: Boardroom bosses at Cobham could be in line for around £10million from share awards after the Government cleared the £4billion takeover of the British defence giant. Bankers, lawyers and other advisers also stand to share in fees of almost £220million after Andrea Leadsom, the Business Secretary, gave the green light to US private equity predator Advent on Friday, sparking a furious reaction from the family who founded the Dorset company. | minerve 2
23/2/2021 18:42 | Absolutely! Don't forget the CEO basically got on with the show at Cobham and paid little attention to the founding family as soon as he saw the money creeping into his filthy pockets from the PE scumbags. He is obviously a short-termist and I'm not interested in short-term focused monkeys. Just my opinion of course. It's unlikely I'll invest here again. Probably invest the tranche in Serco. Soames seems to have a better appreciation and understanding of who the owners are. | minerve 2
23/2/2021 18:04 | All the best to those who remain invested and hats off to you for your courage. I find it a little more than frustrating (perhaps even unethical) that the last update suggested major problems (with no forward guidance and contract pricing issues) ... followed by some senior execs snapping up a load of shares after the share price had dropped significantly ... now we find ourselves at the same position today as the share price was on the day of the ‘dire’ update with no further explanation. Does anybody else feel this is not the way to treat shareholders?㊅ | cocopah

16/2/2021 12:52 | A proper job - time for a first then! Suet - just frustrated! | suetballs
16/2/2021 12:24 | I did email them suggesting this a couple of weeks back and got the standard response that obviously they're aware of this, but need to balance this with doing a detailed and proper job.... | charlie360
16/2/2021 12:17 | Full year results 21st May. So between now and then the market probably takes off and bab is once again left trailing behind. If they have material information now (and I bet thay do) then surely they should disclose it now. Suet | suetballs
16/2/2021 11:51 | We had a trading statement on 15th Jan, doubt we'll hear much before the preliminary results. K. | kramch
16/2/2021 09:22 | We definitely need some detailed information here. Come on the BOD - get off the pot and do your worst. You have had plenty of time now!? Suet | suetballs |
