One would hope that the BOD have seen the error in making the market wait months for an update and will hurry along their contact review and assuming it's not ridiculously bad give an update rather sooner than May? There seems to be the suggestion that if it is bad, Babs lenders will want the BS shoring up with a rights issue. @Minerve2 who were you suggesting in terms of speaking to the relevant authority?

Maybe wishful thinking but if price continues to drift upwards who knows ? a new contract RNS - better Covid sentiment may drive price north ? understand we have months of uncertainty though ...

Well, whatever the write downs are I'm sure the rest of the board are aware. I'm pondering on whether to raise this with the relevant authority. I'm getting a little tired of this to be honest.

@kelso29 I agree with you that they have messed up, perhaps they should hurry the contract review up and release the results ASAP to prevent months of uncertainty?

I think the BOD have screwed up big time saying that there's going to be write downs and losses when the annual accounts are declared in May. But how big are the write downs and losses? The market hates uncertainty and now the BOD are desperately buying shares trying to keep the share price over 200p. IMO you are brave to buy shares until the uncertainty clears

Just seen the uncrossing trade at the end of the day... 807k @ 212.8, the highest level they traded today. Suggests some desperate shorts trying to cover their positions in light of the momentum created by the various director share purchases today.

@Minerve2 is that not bordering on insider dealing, as you say they appear to have an information advantage over us mortals, to make buying decisions? Though they'd never admit to it obviously.
