13/12/2007 09:25 | Who knows what happens behind the scenes. Checked out Axon web site again last night, over 50 job positions advertised for the UK.If they have the same recruitment situation with the other regions it is a sure sign of growth and not slowdown as financial pundit would have us believe. | ![]() fieldhouse

12/12/2007 23:30 | Wacky idea for drop (see last voting right and blocklisting reviews) Wine induced Last december 61,676,274 - 2,854,908 = 58,821,366 March 61,806,020 - 2,939,908 = 58,866,112 November 62,822,520 Now 62,958,565 shares with voting rights Why no taking away the employee benefit trust total? Has there been a total stock reporting rule change meaning only total now reported? Have all employee benefit trust shares been allocated therefore they become real? Did they have an expiry date and if not allocated then off to market with them? Or they never got allocated therefore become part of the normal stock and presented to the market? Or are they allocated to the business units as per acquistion conditions and the ex owners presenting them to the market? If true does this stock need to be worked through Nothing wrong with the business Allocation of shares implies businesses doing very well (they get shares if targets hit) Trading statement backs this up How much left to work, been high volume for weeks? Drop does coincide with november voting rights rns Then back on course once overhang cleared if the reason? Happy to entertain other ideas | shareman2

12/12/2007 19:25 | A quick look at Northgate on Financials seems to show that Axon's performance is superior(and less debt) so must be getting into the bargain area. Perhaps the possibility of a takeover might at least consolidate the share price. | ringer12
