05/12/2007 10:20 | good vol already....... | mrminister
05/12/2007 10:02 | re.AXO if it can just break that resistance may be reversing & on the way back up ( 560 to 570 ) | adyjudge
05/12/2007 07:52 | huwrayhenry pubs are starting to feel the pinch a few profit warnings already earlier this week a good sector to look for shorts in i reckon | adyjudge
04/12/2007 22:11 | block buy do you actually have any shares in AXO? I'm sure you are working for a fund ramping AXO. I seen this before...and i smell a rat. hope i'm wrong. | huwrayhenry
04/12/2007 22:09 | this could go down to 350p. | huwrayhenry
04/12/2007 22:07 | basically if you are holding a stock whose share price has gone up by 300% in 3 years it is likely to go down by a large % at some point! i.e if you made a fast buck...you can loose it equally as quickly. the funds are hitting sector by sector. if support goes on your beloved share (which you have held for donkeys years)then sell. sit on your money. very simple lesson to learn. ..most investors learn the hard way. pubs are going wacked this week. short GNK, MAB, WTB, INCH if you want to make a quick buck. next week who knows, tomorrow who knows.... thats why support and resistance lines on charts are so important. | huwrayhenry
04/12/2007 17:26 | If an 8% drop in the Ftse co-incides with a 40% in AXO what would a 20% fall in the Ftse do? Surely this imbalance can't last indefinitely or can it? | ringer12
04/12/2007 16:33 | no news??????????? pretty sure there was yet another very positive trading statement last week............... ;-)))))))))))))) | blockbuy
04/12/2007 16:17 | " steep curve " ..... that's the best understatement i'v heard all year... everthing stuffed on my monitor by 3% to 5% at best... how the footsie only 1% must be a fiddle..... | mrminister
04/12/2007 16:01 | nicebut -no one can be sure because no one knows ! | adyjudge
04/12/2007 15:57 | Particularly steap curve downwards though on basically no news...I`m in anyway...So you lot can be quite sure it ain`t the bottom....yet!! | nicebut
04/12/2007 15:53 | no, the financial bigwigs can't stand the fact they ballsed up due to their own greed and therefore are making sure we all suffer............ ;-)))))))))))) | blockbuy
04/12/2007 15:43 | nicebut -take a look at the volatility in the whole market, many good stocks now in a downward trend, i guess (at least for now) the outlook is a general slow down in the US/UK , resulting maybe in a bear market & further drops | adyjudge
04/12/2007 15:35 | hardest hit stock on my monitor bar one......pityfull really any guesses on fridays close ??? apple bringing home me bacon for me..... u.s well of lows.... could be blue soon........ | mrminister
04/12/2007 15:28 | I would have thought the Institutions would be buying at this price rather than selling but you never know in this crazy situation. They are just as irrational as the common herd. I notice that the P/E and the divi. yield have now been omitted from the Financials...possibl | ringer12
04/12/2007 14:47 | Anything under £8 is a bargain. Under £6 is free money. DYOR etc. | joestalin
04/12/2007 14:32 | Chaps, Can anyone tell me, briefly, why this is down so much? What price does this become abargain. Looks heavily shorted or insti bailing? | nicebut
04/12/2007 14:21 | volume has been well up since hunter sold them 2m...........they've been using it to their own ends imo................. see that BARC and AXO are in competition today re actual drop and % and shareprice.......... ;-)))))))))))) | blockbuy
04/12/2007 14:12 | volume is over average during the selling over the last few weeks, could it be institutions reducing ? its not reported untill complete | adyjudge
04/12/2007 14:06 | This is £40k down on its high point for me. Yet my only regret is that I do not have the spare cash to add more. I am not that concerned what the short term share price is. Remember the MMs are not there to set a fair value price, they are there to make money and they must be collecting it by the shovelful right now. | joestalin
04/12/2007 13:47 | Look at it this way...if the share price is going down so is the P/E i.e. assuming what the company says is correct. | ringer12
04/12/2007 13:23 | panic selling by traders with fingers burnt.Looks as though the institutions are still well an board !!!! | fieldhouse
04/12/2007 13:07 | keir group ........ another eg: so 532........another 3k lost today..... the roadsweeper comes round every tuesday, may as well throw it under the brush....or throw myself under..... doomberg and other media still trying to talk the world into recession...... | mrminister |
