Little chat on here considering the number of trades. Are they being "discussed" on another board?

The sellers on bloomberg filing data have been a couple of small funds (redemptions?) but that looks historic, the main seller is/has been 'Axeon Director holdings', you should be aware that the senior managers jumped or were pushed last year following the share price collapse and it might be reasonable to assume they want to lower their exposure now they are not in charge.

you are right covenant breach is key, but they seem to believe the principal lender is 'on-side' and they have the assets to back the debt through moving working capital into cash... i have my fingers crossed, hopefully the creditors will take note of the jam being put on offer by the governement

Axeon is scottish, so is Gordon Brown, lets hope we have the scottish mafia on side

Just bought in. If UK is going electric this must be the biggest potential winner. One concern is the bank covenant, but with the Government moves just announced, I can't see cash being a problem. Only other worry is where have all today's shares come from. Is there a seller (forced?) out there? Any ideas from you longer term holders?

Looks like the market can't make the connection to batteries......but they will eventually.

This statement from the recent RNS gives me significant hope...

"The board confirms that it continues to enjoy the support of this lender and
looks forward to announcing to the market the outcome of these discussions in
conjunction with its Preliminary Results."

I think the lenders will see that the company has the assets to back the debt and that Government policy is about to get more supportive. I intend to add some more today.

Let us not kid ourselves though the situation in these events is binary.

Have AXE sorted out their funding issues then?

Yes curious.........suspect it may be a tax related transaction.I think todays 400k "sell" is a late report of that transaction,ie it wasn't really a sell just a transfer,on any other day a genuine sell would have knocked the share price considerably (without the corresponding buyer).

Holding in Company RNS from Ironshield. Have gone below 15% but stated as 'transfer to another Ironshield entity'.

Not sure what to make of that.

Yep,its all good stuff but I am not expecting AXE to issue an RNS,they already have a standing agreement with Allied Vehicles to provide batteries for at least a thousand vehicles so this will be part of that arrangement. What is encouraging is the scheme itself, hopefully it will be duplicated in other Scottish cities then the rest of the UK might take notice. Its interesting that Scotland seems able and willing to throw some money at this kind of project but the rest of the UK is a bit reluctant (or they dont have the money).

Possibly, but I am assuming its more to do with green budget whispers with regard to electric vehicles, however, results are imminent (and we know they'll be poor) and as long as the lender is still happy then I'm happy.Hopefully a good forward looking statement with the results followed by GB/AD saying and giving the right stuff at the budget should see this through to calmer waters.

Apparently axeon results due 'by end of april' according to Fridays RNS and 'due this week' according to The Herald.

re-reading the Feb 2nd RNS i still think is looks salvageable.

net debt £6m, stocks £21m, financed by trade credit £10m so even a haircut on converting some of the stock to cash should lead to some positive net asset value

I have a small holding in addition to my TAN, but they need to clear up the debt issues and prove they are a going concern, they should be able to unwind the working capital position so allied to any positive news this could multi-bag easily if they can pull off the double whammy required
