21/4/2009 15:48 | LordoftheLand, I fear I must filter you as I think you have gone off your rocker. | boffster
21/4/2009 15:26 | Axeon = supplier to Tanfield, not competitor. PS If you're going to come on here with remarks like that, then I hope Tanfield goes bust! | boffster
21/4/2009 15:21 | Terrible news. | logica2me
21/4/2009 15:14 | I'm not a shareholder but I wouldn't be happy to see axe batteries used Tanfield vehicles | wee jamie2
21/4/2009 14:25 | I think our best hope with this lies not in trying to get the law changed but in demonstrating that the administrators did not perform their task fairly and should not have been appointed by the purchaser due to the obvious conflict of interest. | boffster
21/4/2009 13:50 | In fact, I'm so annoyed, I'm going to phone "injury lawers for you" that's how mad i am | frankiestheone
21/4/2009 13:46 | i've written off my investment in this, what else can you do. BUT i think that something has to be done to stop this happening again, for the good of small investors that put their hard earned money into trying to support british industry | frankiestheone
21/4/2009 13:25 | Its about time he had the real plague back to thin them out a bit. | boffster
21/4/2009 13:13 | Yet another example of greed , coruption and fraud , that festers like the Plague in the City of London . If the authorities don`t get a grip of this sort of activity very soon , there simply wont be `City` . Private invetment will dry up and the Scum will have to keep feeding on themselves .( I hear that`s already happening in the financial / banking sector. ) Very sorry to see you guys treated like this , I sincerely hope you have some success in your efforts to secure justice . | boobly
21/4/2009 12:42 | I can assure you that if I met them and they laught. it would be the last time they did | 2jwoo
21/4/2009 12:13 | What Ironshield are trying to do is take out the shareholders and try to preserve Axeon's reputation amongst its suppliers/creditors. I am sure if a stink is created about this and those Axeon suppliers, customers etc get to hear how Ironshield have behaved it will not make Ironshield very happy and they may realise that some token payout to shareholders to keep them quiet is in order. This is a nascent industry and peeing off any stakeholders is not advisable. | robson1974
21/4/2009 11:32 | Don't give up too prematurely. If all was legit the directors should have sounded out the major shareholders to determine if capital raising would have been supported. I bet they didn't. Also I notice that the separate article on the Axeon website regarding the sale of the business has mysteriously vanished. What are they trying to hide? | boffster
21/4/2009 11:30 | I am told there will be a letter from Grant Thornton which will be published probably today - and on their website - explaining a bit more. | rrr |
