Nice rise of 12 % on little volume this stock is still not on many radar's at the moment. With the pound strenghtening this should see stronger returns for the next quarter and should push through 100p quite soon.

I take it that the FD is going to scrutinize Needham's expense claims!

It was good to see management buying of shares £10000 last week it looks like we have turned the corner. My only concern is the general direction of the market, V shaped or W recovery the next few weeks will tell.

This I believe will be seen as a more defensive stock which will help the price.

Ch1ck,

I don't want to be too downbeat just as we seem to be in recovery but, in a world where managements can do little about macro-economic matters - wars, oil price hikes, exchange rate fluctuations etc. - the least we can expect is that they get the day-to-day basics right. If you read back over the last few years' Report & Accounts there have been far too many occasions when they have shot themselves in the foot - the delayed sale of the automotive business and problems bringing the gas mask production on stream etc. which are entirely about old-fashioned management skills of bringing things in on time and within budget. The 2005 report talked about them making first deliveries of gas masks to US military and here we are in 2009!

Anyway, enough moaning. So long as they build a progressive profit stream and start paying divis again, no doubt the share price will react accordingly.

I suppose, with the Interim results approaching (28 May last year), the market is anticipating some good news on profits (last IMS: "we are on target to return the Group to full year profitability"). The management have screwed up and disappointed so many times before, I hope that this time they will deliver what they promised and we are at last on track back to a profitable, divi-paying company.

Regards, Ian

Love this share nothing too dramatic just a slow climb out from the lows I would be happy to see the share trade sideways to build a bit of resistance before the next leg up.

It looks as if most of the institutions have missed this one for now but I think it wont be long before they come flocking in especially when the first payments start to show on the books.

Greedy

I agree I saw the dip and thought it may be a bit of a shake or some early profit taking, what was nice was the price recovered quite quickly.

I have my money on the shares reaching that magical £1 befofe we see a bit of hard core selling and then hope fully that should form resistance from the fall

Well I moved this cash into CCGP and it has risen 30% since. It is just a case of trying to invest in the right stocks at the right time. I had made 50% turn - so not insignificant.
