Perhaps the idea of correlation, compared to cause and effect, is also misunderstood on these boards when it comes to shares.

For instance there's one hell of a lot of moaning about bad management, with perfectly sound businesses, that have come a cropper because of the last few years, with Ukraine added on top.

Not the best place for any rational discussion and rife with people sticking other people into 'opposite' camps, while not actually addressing any issue seriously with any logic.

At least with the stock market, lots of folk can repeat rubbish as much as they want, make a share fly and the rest of us can cash in, before the rubbish is revealed.

By the way, of course we are in deep doodoo now because of the Tories, the Tories and the Tories and 12 years, etc. etc. Who let all those overseas investors into London to sit on empty property. Obviously the Tory friends.

Oh hang on, who was it that cut CGT from 40% to 10% for businesses that kept assets for more than 2 years ? Didn't someone else also start selling off NHS property with the promise that it would be grandly rebuilt, that didn't come to pass.

Reasoned debate is dead. Lets look forward to the Rapture.

I eagerly wait for Cjacs input-he is one of the very few people who know what he is talking about and I think M a G an all the other insurers are interesting crossovers with respect to Aviva

I have MNG and PHNX, but no AV currently, as I first entered when it went sub 400 and enjoyed the ride. Looking to add it to the mix at some stage for longer term. I find cjac's input massively useful.

@eurofox

Totally agree especially as the MNG board is poor.

buzz24,

I can assure you that in the sectors spanned by AV., MNG, LGEN and PHNX, we do not want cjac39 to cease posting his insights and knowledge that go well beyond all the other posters on these boards, even if it involves cross-posting.

cjac39,

Two things please.

1. Can you stop ramping MNG shares on this AVIVA forum please as its boring and out of order.

2. Can you also stop using abbreviations continually as nobody understands them.

Thank you.

Sure, no biggie.

As you've noticed I hardly ever initiate these "confrontational dialogues" but always respond, especially when smeared as something I am not by a limp wristed fanny like Dr Biotech - seems he has TDS, BDS and Covid Mass Formation psychosis bad!!!!

Last from me.

Sudden Unexpected Deaths in Sports Players: Recent Cases

Nope nothing to do with Vaccines.

So many "Young people" being hit by rising heart attacks/myocarditis - fit, healthy people!!!

Plenty of examples yet you 4 red down tickers clearly afflicted by "mass Formation Psychosis"

Keep taking your jabs.

FYI The more jabs you take the more likely you are to catch Covid19 fyi!!

"Why do antivaxxers think twitter is evidence?"

Ah the old anti vaxxer trope rears its head again.

FYI.
I've had all my vaccines as they were due EXCEPT Covid-19
How does that make me an anti vaxxer exactly.

Vaccines stop infection and prevent transmission. How do the Covid-19 ones classify as vaccines when they do not stop infection or transmission?

"It took me about 2mins to discover that Dr James E Olson is a fake profile. Oddly enough the obituary has been removed by the website and the vax info is self reported. Evidence for some, BS for others"

I merely linked it as anecdotal evidence. There are numerous vaccine related fatalities.

Just look at VAERS for example.

Failing that review what Dr Pierre Kory links on Twitter

Perhaps you can comment on this:

"We Now Have Key Evidence Pfizer Committed Fraud. What Pfizer claimed is in the vaccines is not what’s there"

Or explain the EXCESS deaths?

How many Jabs you on now then? 4 - must be at least 4, probably 5. And I bet you've taken your flu vaccine as well!

Don't forget to elucidate on those SADS - young healthy people dropping dead all of a sudden post vaccination isnt normal !

yesterday does show how daft the stock market is and how quant funds dont really look into cos they trade in. the DL announcement highlighted 2 well known issues being motor and commercial real estate and then quantified what should have been well known, ie frost causes pipe damage, but put figures on it and of course they canned the divi.

i havent really got a strong view on whether DL is now cheap or not as not looked enough (you would think it is) but what is patently obvious is that lgen, phnx and mng trading down on a predominantly GI issue is crazy. moreover the size of the moves is unfathomable.

when i checked my screen first thing yday avia was off 4% or £500mln of market cap. this was presumably ascribed to upcoming profit issues in their personal lines business which generates slightly under 10% of profit each year. aone off hit here is roughly speaking somewhat meaningless.

in contrast, huge excess deaths and likely rerating of actuarial tables, is being ignored. a shift in improvements and chnage in deaths curves is worth many hundreds of millions to aviva.

i guess it just shows that aviva, despite its size, is actually not that liquid given its high degree of tracking shareholders, and therefore a concerted sell momentum by indiscriminate statistical driven investors can create moves like this.

Well said Klotzak, I thought I have logged into the wrong thread.

Hopefully the local villages will reclaim their said idiots soon.

For those still banging on about pathetic views there must be other forums you can talk nonsense on - let’s leave this one for Aviva news please

Thank you

2 year old girl passes away one day after receiving the lethal injection.

Way too many examples of post vaccine deaths, especially in the young.
