And another thing tychee – AVN also tried to bully me, I could have taken the easy option and walked away with short intact, but I chose to post facts and opinions with the threat of legal action looming. Will I get any thanks or an apology for my attempts to open up honest debates, no, because people like you are blind to fraud when looking at a graph thinking it must be cheap now and it just keeps getting cheap.

I am out of this for now, but the sight of shorters gloating over the destruction of a potentially good company is sickening unpleasant - it is a British disease that damages us all in the long run. On the other hand, I am surprised management didn't see this risk a year ago and raised £50m when the price was above 200p.

DEBT $643.3 MILLION From the results. It's official.That is sone serious kevrl of debt for a company with very low comparative revenues and posting losses of 3.5mill.How are they able to service their debt??Answer is, they CAN'T. That's why debt has increased by 80mill in the last year.The creditors will pick up this company for themselves at sone point and enjoy the profits from the satellites as a private company.The WARNING SIGNS are all over this.....

Absolute sh't show from management. Company is practically insolvent and investors’ expectations not managed correctly along with company cash-flow.

It’s now left for the expert vultures (hedge funds, distressed guys) to pick over the carcass and decipher where the value lies in the equity (or debt even). What is the real value of the business’s assets or indeed future cash-flow assuming satellites are launched – would a DCF valuation even be appropriate for this business !? Who knows (certainly not the brokers!) and not one to try and judge for private investors IMHO. Like the tip of an iceberg (given the debt burden) it’s one that could sink without a trace or potentially be the next multi-bagger…

I feel sorry for shareholders who bought in over the past year and were sold a good yarn but without any pudding. The best result for this business would probably be a corporate takeover to put it out of its misery and realise value for the assets for shareholders whilst putting them in someone else’s hands who can run a company properly.

20P might (imo) be on the high side - The above statement could be read as "Attention vultures - Assets going cheap !!"

Falia, don't forget GWMO I recommended to you. It has no debts at all, 700k in the bank, 900k market cap, and has a massive copper gold asset in Nevada. The directors value just two of the copper targets at over 200mill each. Drilling this summer, now underway, just.

Apart from falia whom thinks caps lock will push the share price north, where are the bulls with their broker targets? I don't want to bask in the misfortunes of others, but I feel some of the bulls here should hang their heads in shame.

Now we know why Williams did not follow up on his bully boy tactics....AVN needs its cash to keep the lights on!

For those of you thinking of bottom fishing, just keep in mind the size of the dilution coming your way and then the bucket-shop-flippers!

Can you not see that debt has gone up by around $80 million this year.??THEY ARE UNABLE TO SERVICE THEIR DEBT AS THERE IS NOT ENOUGH INCOME.
