29/5/2013 04:06 | Thanks blender, Yes it looks like the IMS that was penciled in for Friday has now been erased, updates released on Fridays more often than not contain bad news so if its been changed (maybe it was never planed for Friday) then i'd view that as a positive. A bit odd that we haven't had an IMS but with Paul Walsh buying yesterday i don't think we'll have one any time soon | colva
28/5/2013 19:38 | "The current price, close to historic lows, offers a unique buy opportunity at a time when news flow is likely to build with the entry into service of its second, and largest, satellite and its probable transfer from AIM to the LSE in 2013/14," Natixis analyst Eric Beaudet writes in a note. http://uk.finance.ya | ![]() blender
28/5/2013 16:28 | I'm quite sure Paul Walsh knows better than TW what is going on in AVN and what the medium and long term prospects are. | ![]() yorgi
28/5/2013 16:22 | Yes I think he's a bit miffed that Avanti didn't return his call and has advised selling , he also doubts that we'll get an IMS now due to the Director buying. | colva
28/5/2013 15:26 | He says he's nervous because of no IMS but wouldn;t short if Walsh is buying. | ![]() waterloo01
28/5/2013 15:20 | If anything TW going negative is a good contrarian indicator. Not that I've read what he has to say. Or will bother reading. On the other hand a director just put 30Gs on the table. Unless they like burning money that is not to be scoffed at. | ![]() hpcg
28/5/2013 14:46 | Who cares, he's lost the plot.He works in a pizza restaurant these days | ![]() sg31
28/5/2013 13:04 | Indeed, and it hasn't worked! Most of their substantial buys were at considerably higher prices. Like mine! 8-( | ![]() jeffian
28/5/2013 12:49 | Winnifith aka 'Dr Death' now a seller! Wow, most positive news for a while. | ![]() argy2

28/5/2013 12:25 | They do have form in using director buys in times of share price weakness to steady the ship. | ![]() sg31
28/5/2013 12:10 | im not expecting an ims given the director buying | ![]() geheimnis2
28/5/2013 12:02 | Jeffian, Yes I see your point , but id be very surprised if the IMS didn't have any price sensitive info , how many of us would like to have the opportunity to read the IMS and then be allowed to trade in the shares 3 days before its made public. it just seems a bit odd. | colva
28/5/2013 11:34 | No, he can deal as long as there is no NEW information which isn't currently in the public domain. As long as sales and revenues are coming in as forecast, there's nothing 'price sensitive' because the information is already in the market (and therefore, theoretically, the price). | ![]() jeffian
28/5/2013 11:29 | Are we really going to have an Interim Management Statement 3 days after a Director buys shares ? We haven't had an update since 12th Feb so the IMS is bound to contain price sensitive information. Seems a bit odd. | colva
28/5/2013 11:26 | I've just bought some more. I was going to wait for the next figures but that is a decent size buy and enough to signal to me at least that things are going ok. | ![]() hpcg
28/5/2013 10:10 | Paul Walsh has just bought another 12500 - there's the update you've been waiting for. | ![]() aa29 |
