I was thinking AI could be a threat but it could be very complementary too. If big change is coming you need to be on the right side of it.Somehow I think Avacta will be. It's just guess work and optimism on my part.I think all Pharmaceutical companies will be using AI not just the big ones. As the compute becomes cheaper it opens up the opportunity for all and the developments will be faster with better outcomes.

The only scheduled news update is the quarterly conversion that’s due under the death spiral. In order to maximise their profits from the conversion the market maker that is ultimately the owner of the death spiral needs to:

A. Sell shares in the market at the highest price possible, eg by moving the price up (giving the illusion of momentum), which encourages punters to pile in and buy (from the market maker who goes short).

B. Buy shares at the lowest price possible, eg by crashing the share price in the run up to the conversion date thus making the VWAP formula for the death spiral produce a low price.

Who thinks that the market maker will try to maximise their profit? And hands up who thinks that the market maker is a friendly kind soul who exists to help you make a profit?

Congrats on this that have done well here. I'll admit I honestly don't see it with avacta. Not sure what's changed tbh for the rebound but I called it wrong. I'll wait to see where it goes from here but I simply don't get it. Good luck though I hope you do well.
Looks a long way off returns on the drugs in development but I suspect the potential market is huge and that's what people are gambling on here. Unfortunatlyy saw the same optimism at dest, let's hope this story ends differently

Fieldhouse ...nope. The Phase stuff takes time, money. You also have Yank regulatory bias built in over there. You seem to think that if we can deliver old meds better than at any time before, all is good. New tech, dug out of a different, newer soil, will probably tumble Avacta. Using Avacta.s delivery system(s) for newer uptodate drugs will, I.m sure, be a winner. It looks very safe, now there.s the small matter of efficacy, which will be judged against modern missiles. Candles v LEDs etc. We still need to know why the share price has risen. It has to be something good.

Am,you epitomise the level of financial malaise that engulfs UK financial services.
London and the UK will fail dramatically if they do not embrace the US doctrine of “can do”
Hence Avactas,now very strong ties to the US

I didn't know that GLP-1 was a peptide.Could Avacta be developing another weight loss drug? The market is certainly big enough for a few more players.I asked the question, "peptides for weight loss" on ChatGPT. Very interesting. Let's see which target treatments Avacta are going after. I'm really looking forward to the News flow over the coming months.

That drop seemed too rapid to be traders just taking profits. That was a tree shake. Now let the dust settle a little and see if those that got stopped out get back in again. This time without a stoploss set.
