Perhaps but the momentum cannot take place in a vacuum. The company is clearly working hard with some success to reinvent itself but the fundamentals have not changed. That they have a peptide that can target tumours in greater amounts than standard DOX and leave healthy tissue alone is a hoax.

The rise in the share price simply reflects the market maker moving the share price up.

People assume that buying activity has moved the share price up but that's not necessarily how markets work. The easiest way to encourage buying activity is to create the illusion of momentum first!

There's a conversion due on the death spiral in just over two weeks time and hence the market maker needs to sell something like 5m shares between now and then.

Technically everything has changed. That board of advisors would have run a mile if they were not convinced there is some value here. Peer review or not.

The rise in the share price reflects a more credible management team and a more effective PR campaign. Technically nothing has changed. There is still no independent peer review and no explanation as to how the peptide releases Dox into the tumour on contact with FAP.

That's quite a formidable bunch of specialists on the advisory board. Looks like they're taking these early results really seriously. They obviously see the potential here. At the moment though it's all about the CLN and how it's going to be paid. Can't imagine why the board would suggest the option of paying the next instalment in cash in the last RNS unless that's their primary intention. They've never suggested this before. Anyway, we'll know more in next couple weeks.

Fieldh ... Smith had no real choice. Pi.s didn't understand how the convis were structured, just relied on the 'experts' on these boards. Still beholden to the conviboyz. Let HC walk all over the share price
Smith had to go with pressure from all share holders .
New management and science were under the microscope.
CM and SC + now demonstrating clear pathway.
Looking to get back to previous levels hopefully

Nice to see some humility on your part Amaan. Things are definitely hotting up here. Now with new management and a clearer progress path, the share is looking attractive again. Also, this daily gradual share rise is more encouraging than the large spikes we often see. They often drop back if there's no news to back them up but these gradual ones are more representative of sentiment. And it's good. And as mentioned in the last RNS, if the CLN is paid in cash, this should bolster the share price further. Forget your charts and go with flow.

Spend more time following comment on LSE these days ama. The likes of whitey and Jak killed things on here for me with the negativity. Fair play to Dudishes though. No sign of lately, guess will have closed short by now and cleaned up nicely.
The CLN has proved to be a pain but needed to raise money somehow. In hindsight a biotech funded by CLN carrying out lengthy trials provided a good shorting opportunity for traders. Have been content to ride out volatility for eventual positive outcome ignoring temptation to sell out.
