I was back in at 235p, I thought I mentioned? It dropped further, but I was tempted by the disappearance of the block seller.

Quality of the management is always the most important factor in a company's success, and that's one of the big advantages with BOOM, the seemingly highly competent management, who know their business inside out and have a SMART plan to grow the company.

I think they're on the lse bb Devonlad but in response to: Hi Stuart,If you are able to answer this, what do you feel would be a fair and sensible market cap for Audioboom currently? He replied:I would like to see it at 2X revenue in the near term - that's a market cap of $160m or around £7.80 a share. That's still well below the M&A activity of 2021-22 and would be a sign that we are being valued on the fundamentals of the business for once. Medium term, the Cavendish target of £13+ is certainly fair

For anyone who hasn’t seen the questions and answers to the recent AUDIOBOOM interview, I highly recommend you visit the HIVE telegram research channel and have a look.

Stuart Last came across as a really genuine and honest guy, realistic about the industry, the future, the challenges etc and not rampy one bit which I thought was refreshing.

So when he says he’s hoping for X 2 sales MCap-wise in the near term (ie MCap of $160M) I have faith that they can achieve it. And that’s before any suitors take an interest.

As Stuart Last said in his recent interview they expect M&A activity to reopen in the second half of the year. Not that stops approaches.

imo BOOM has a clear revenue growth plan, build a market capital of PSR x2 = $150m and cash out on an offer well in excess.

That’s the investment case here. For me at least.

Yes it does look like the seller is out. A very good entry point around here for new investors imo bearing in mind the recent trading update was very good, we're now profitable and cash generative and expecting record revenues this year. We should be able to push on to new highs over the coming months and positive newsflow will certainly help.

Needs a bit more volume tbh, expect to see some more director buys down here shortly.

IG closed the book already, glad I got a long on yesterday!

Traders will have to a very difficult view now. When do they buy back in. There will be some further news before Q1and that should have some impact on sentiment.

Nothing to add from my previous post on volumes and a seller. Looks as though this has abated. I emphasise one seller who has been having a detrimental affect for some time. We are all on the same page in that the company will now be valued on fundamental metrics of the business. Tobin and management have been and are doing a great job. Heads down and running an excellent company for shareholders.
