I meant the small increase in percentage holding following director buys.

Candy and Tobin buying. There's either a much better offer from AAA or another party. The small percentage holdings won't affect any vote. The reason AAA didn't go through was the lack of a broad acceptance by shareholders. Probably a buyer in the sector and all cash or if shares then quoted. Spotify or Apple.

I suppose one of the side benefit of Candy etc buying huge volumes is that more shares are taken out of circulation. That means that small demand on the buy side will lead to huge jump on the share price in order to attract sellers. { On the flip side small sell will also cause the share price to drop dramatically. I am however of the opinion that the majority of remaining PI holders know the potential for this stock so won't be selling. Based on that assumption the direction of share price travel will mainly be upwards}

Similar happening at PRSM . I despair that at a time of Brexit we are giving our assets away.

I mean look at the last results or trading update Revenue expected to be significantly ahead of current market expectations Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, is pleased to announce that it has continued its strong sales momentum, with signed advertising bookings after less than six months of this year now representing more than 99% of the recently upwardly revised market expectations for revenues for the year ending 31 December 2021. In light of this continued strong trading, and the prospects for the months ahead, the Board now expects that Audioboom will generate revenues significantly in excess of current market expectations for the year and an increased adjusted EBITDA. This performance has been driven by recent developments in relation to Audioboom's content- focused expansion plan. Highlights include: - Continued expansion of Audioboom's ad tech capabilities and associated revenue streams, enabling the re-monetisation of the network's extensive back catalogue of content - High demand for premium advertising inventory which has enabled the Company to increase average ad unit pricing by 22% versus 2020, while achieving a greater than 97% fill rate on Audioboom's top 15 shows - Successful Audioboom Originals Network (AON) launches including Dark Air with Terry Carnation, The Southern Tea, and Dark History - a show which hit number 1 on the Apple Podcast Chart in the US, UK, Canada and Australia following its launch on 2 June 2021. Episode 1 of Dark History has received more than 2 million listens - Continued audience growth through new content partnerships and AON launches, highlighted in the June 2021 Triton Digital Podcast Report, in which Audioboom remained the fourth largest podcast publisher in the US, by weekly reach, while growing its weekly reach by 69% on the same period in 2020 as per the latest report

To be honest, I don't really care if AAA, Spotify, Google or the guy down the road bids for us. The only interested outcome that I am looking for is that whoever wants to buy BOOM pays me good value and in CASH. I am not interested in having a paper bid where I need to accept another companies shares in lieu of money. That is probably why I prefer the bigger players because they have the resource to bid cash, while AAA at the moment do not. I would rather remain independent than accept a paper offer, since I know that the company will continue to grow and the longer it stays independent the more they will have to pay eventually. >>> So my money in BOOM is secure even if it stays independent a bit longer. In summary: Big pay day in cash else remain independent until the big players can no longer ignore the value proposition.

Either Candy is still positioning himself for another bid in the near future or he is aware that a bid from another suitor is not far away. My own take is that BOOM will not be around for FY22 half year results. The results at the end of this financial year will really let the cat out of the bag and I expect it will come to the attention of most of the big players in the podcast space. Tobin is chucking every penny he can get at it and Candy is all of a sudden buying by the bucket loads. There was another 4,6051 shares bought yesterday that has not been RNS, so maybe that buy was from someone who has less that 3% holding thus needing no RNS.
