Will try link. ExtractWe initiate coverage of Audioboom with a target price of 1,600p. The investment case is focused upon Audioboom capitalising upon the structural growth in podcast advertising, through leveraging its highly scalable, cloud-based platform, its strong relationships with leading podcasters, and through creating strategically valuable original content. From 2015 to 2021, US podcast advertising revenue has grown +51% pa to c$1.3bn, with over 28% of the US population now listening to at least one podcast per week from 7% in 2013. In every year since 2017, Audioboom's revenue growth has outperformed the market, and its revenue share has scaled to over 4% from c1% in 2016. As it launches its Marketplace in Q4 21, expands its creation of original content through the launch of Studios in Q4 21, and continues to capitalise upon advertisers shifting spend into its premium podcasts, we expect it will be excellently positioned to outperform the market in FY22 and FY23. We conservatively forecast revenue growth of +33% in FY22 and +28% in FY23 to c$100m, which compares to the IAB's US podcast advertising revenue forecast of +30% in FY22 and +25% in FY23. As revenue growth has accelerated in 2021, a strong focus on cost control has enabled EBITDA profitability in every month of 2021, which includes all of the group's investments in R&D and content, as no R&D is capitalised. Including accelerated investments in content production and technology in our forecasts, we expect strong growth in EBITDA to $4.5m in FY23, and positive free cash flow in FY22 and FY23. As Audioboom scales its platform and builds out its strategically valuable original content, it is developing its attractiveness in a very active podcast M&A market, with acquisitions at 4-10x EV/Sales by mega-cap tech and audio tech peers since 2019. We value Audioboom at 1,600p or 5x FY22 EV/Sales, and at 1,100p it is trading on 3.5x 12-month forward EV/Sales with +39% NTM Sales growth. We look forward to Audioboom demonstrating strong operating momentum at its FY21 trading update and FY21 results in January, announcing material new podcast wins and renewals, and the group potentially benefitting from an attractive approach to acquire Audioboom, or part of its operations.- Audioboom's revenue is split throughout the podcast ecosystem – As we explain from p5, c65%

Putting a target price depends on your investment time frame as the share price will continue to grow based on performance. For me £15 price target is the minimum price in 6 months time frame. Thus I expect this price to be exceeded by H1 2022.

It's always interesting to watch the MM. The bid is pulled back a bit on tiny sales, and in comes a 5k buy which is very near the new lower quoted ask
