Give us a break redwing. "The market" is few people looking for any negative in a wonderful set of results. The company figures are fine and it was emphasised as such. Why any mention I don't know. Also Allenby just protecting themselves and saying it's hard to value Boom. Well get another broker!

The market is probably fretting about cash generation i.e. there isn't any. Audioboom has talked about an increase in working capital in the 3rd quarter and $3m of cash collections already in Q4, so all is probably OK but it will be reassuring to see some positive cashflow before year end.

Well nothing surprises me anymore but have to admit I wasn't really expecting today's response.

I suppose it's a reflection of the the fact that money is fast and loose now with more choices of Company and currently not huge volumes of money going into the market. Smaller pot with more access to gossip/info/coordination. I suppose why wait 2 years to triple your money when you can move onto the next story which could triple your money in a week.

I guess if the story wasn't interesting or on your radar last week then it won't be this week either until the mail or IC or SCSW tip it and people will pile in without knowing what it is but happy for someone else to do the legwork.

I am all for a stock split once we get above £12. Creates liquidity also a high share price tends to put off a lot of PI.
The Psychological comfort off owning 1000's of shares in a company Vs owning just 100 shares at maybe £12 a share.

Wonder if a stock split wouldn't assist here with regards to extremely wide spreads and low volumes?

Quite unbelievable how good these figures are. There must be a scramble for shares - surely. Allenby ticks up the target price, but to £13 is so conservative it's almost funny. That's the 6th upgrade this year?

So, it was $16.9m which is bang on expectations. Based on last years Q4 figures, I am now expecting FY figures of $61.8m. This is based on an est Q4 figure of $22m.

The story is exactly where we hoped it would be:-

a) Boom continues to maintain is stellar growth rates Yr on Yr and continues to outperform the wider market.
b) Raised full year market expectations (which we kinda knew)
b) Significantly increased adjusted EBITDA relative to these market expectations (which is harder to quantify)

So, all in all, steady as she goes but possible share price upgrade based on enhanced earnings.

Stunning results.

Q3 EBITDA of $1M and growing by the month.

Even assuming no growth next year, that puts us at $4M EBITDA, although we know that the growth will continue. With current growth rate we will be hitting over $100M revenue next year.

Audioboom Market place to be launched in Q4 providing another step change to monetisation and revenue growth.

Even with this results they still expect to significantly exceed market forecast. If AAA will leave us alone this company under Stuart last will be a major player from next year and acquisition price will then be through the roof.

You don't see many updates with the word "stellar" in them.

I was a bit toppy with my revenue forecast but I'm not arguing with $17m and profitable every month.

No way of telling from trading today what results will be. A few have sold believing they will be able to buy back the odd 100 cheaper tomorrow. For sure I won't be trading. Just part of the audience watching some gyrations. It shouldn't be that way but Boom is Boom!

40 mins and then all deals are off. If it's a good update you wont be able to buy this for £11 if it disappoints then you wont be able to sell for £10.00. Any volume whatsoever is going to have this jumping around.

The head count of Boom is mid 30's compared to ACAST of over 250. Makes a massive difference in trying to attain profitability - which Boom has now achieved.

Allenby have to be much less conservative in their revenue forecasts and metrics if Audioboom are to achieve a realistic valuation. They can't continue to low ball the figures then issue new analysis every couple of months. I think they've done this 5 times this FY21. Maybe very good reasons as the business and revenue are growing so fast. But the unpredictability may not be seen as positive going forward.

I believe they will beat that figure. Only a couple of days to go, in fact a day as I expect result to be out by 7:00am Wednesday.

What I like about the article is the fact that they can scale to Billions more impressions without need to add a head.

$53.28m is the estimated figure quoted in the Allenby Capital update (13/9/2021)

In the link above BOOM are quoting a year end forecast of $53m. I think that is a deliberately 'low ball' figure. Not long to wait now.
