16/8/2021 07:43 | If it is not an all cash offer I would probably sell into the market if and when an offer is made. | boozey
16/8/2021 07:37 | Re: Extension of offer period. Sounds fair enough. AAA gets listed on a market and improve their offer, including structure of the offer. That way at least we would be able to judge the merits of the offer by knowing exactly how much an AA share is worth. It also means that it can still stay in your ISA so you do not lose your ISA wrapper. My personal expectation is that the final value of the offer acceptable to management will be about £15. No data to back that up, just gut feeling. on another related topic, it will be interesting to see what AAA is on OTC today. I believe from today you can trade AAA on matched bargain bases. | buggy
15/8/2021 09:55 | I can't see AAA walking away as Candy and AQUAA own almost 36% of Boom and I'm sure there's a significant group of other shareholders which will tôt up to over 50%. I'm hoping for an improved offer with a greater cash element. There won't be an increased overall price as this isn't necessary with the price and thus 36% premium still being offered. If only pi's had embraced this offer and not sold we might not have seen the price retrace and perhaps be standing nearer 1200p and an improved offer from AAA.The old adage of be careful what you hope for. Boom private investors have perhaps lost a real chance of getting the full value for Boom but by being small minded have let the opportunity slip | wooty01
15/8/2021 09:47 | Mdc please refer to RNS dated 19 July which states that AAA bid was based on mid market price of 885p. Please also note AAA have disclosed that they hold no shares in Boom. Those in the background manipulated the price of Boom on Friday to exactly pre offer price. As you say we should know tomorrow two key aspects of the initial offer- OTC trading price of AAA thus being able to value the non cash element of the bid- a firm offer by AAA or will they walk away. | wooty01
14/8/2021 22:42 | Wooty - the price was £9 before AAA made their offer. The price barely moved as the market didnt know how to price privately held shares. Depends if AAA decide to dump their holding at any price or improve the cash component of their offer. Guess we'll find out Monday. | mdchand
13/8/2021 21:45 | I agree hazl. This looks totally overdone. Otter has been around for a while and just loves to look for ghosts. Look, the entire AAA, AQUAA set up is interwoven. So what. They are now private companies and can do what they want without thé woke beady eyes of conspiracy theorists who've done there best to rubbish a GBP12 initial offer. The market price is now GBP8.85. Everyone is crying out saying Boom is worth GBP 15 or higher. Well your not going to sell it for that anytime soon as the market of AIM just won't let you get there. Anything near GBP10 and it's sold off. So good luck to those who think this is going to grow into a media Netflix etc. The price will be roasted if AAA dont come up with a firm bid on Monday | wooty01
13/8/2021 16:46 | Why would he want us to read it if he's sold out? Influence no doubt. However I don't deny it isn't complicated. I have just a few left to see where it goes. Oh what a tangled web we weave.... | hazl
13/8/2021 16:35 | Would love to read your comments but the link doesn't work | jackruss2
13/8/2021 16:11 | I think that close to 50% of Audioboom shareholders are interconnected, know each other, and/or also have a holding in AAA. This AAA proposal makes me feel uncomfortable, so I've regretably sold out of my Audioboom holding. Done a bit of a deep dive here on AAA, AAQUA, Sentiance, Mesh Holdings and Asimilar Group, and wanted to share my thoughts... hxxps://riverotter.c Interested in hearing any opinions or follow-ups. Thanks, River Otter | riverotter
12/8/2021 10:34 | What has changed is that almost 35% of Boom is controlled by Candy and AAQUA. Difficult to defend a bid | wooty01
12/8/2021 10:20 | Monday is also the day that OTC trading starts on AAA shares supposedly. With AQUAA involved to such a degree then they could always agree to defer the payment due to them by AAA and the proceeds from the placing could be used to increase the cash element. All of the participants in this are interlinked so nothing has really changed other than this has put a bit of a floor under the current price. | bagpuss lives

12/8/2021 10:17 | Typo. Antonioni hasn't disappeared! | wooty01
12/8/2021 10:16 | Bonnier takes up the 980k shares in personal capacity. I'd like to think this is very positive news but what's going on behind the scenes is anyone's guess. Antonioni has disappeared as he's a major holder in AAQUA. Perhaps consideration was in AAA or AAQUA shares but we won't know as they're both private. On balance looks like Monday will bring a firm bid for Boom. I doubt very much if Boom management have entered into any meaningful negotiations with AAA thus the bid will be hostile. I hope other players come to the table but my best bet is AAA are doing this on behalf of a major company which will buy once Boom is private. Back to back deal. | wooty01
12/8/2021 10:08 | bagpuss - PUOSU LOL!!!! Yes 5pm Monday. Not sure AAA will have the money for it tbh. | mrbear2
12/8/2021 10:00 | So its pass the parcel, one person linked to AAA selling to someone else linked to AAA. is it the 16th that is the PUOSU day? | bagpuss lives
12/8/2021 09:58 | As suspected, AAQUA now at 20.4% | mighunter
11/8/2021 16:09 | Wooty - yes you are right. Wont have long to find out. | mrbear2
11/8/2021 16:02 | Bear, Antonioni sold 130k yesterday and the bulk reminder of 980k today. The key is who has taken this up. 7%! | wooty01
11/8/2021 15:50 | Thinking about this, I cant see anyone other than aqua buying the shares. Will that mean they own more than 30% which will make the offer hostile? I suspect they are trying to pressurise boom into accepting the offer or face change of employment. | mdchand
11/8/2021 15:45 | Wooty - Think he sold yesterday see RNS at 18:11, todays was confirmation that he no longer holds I think. Question is, as you say, who's bought them. The sale went through at 8:24 today all £9m!!! It wasn't me. | mrbear2
11/8/2021 15:30 | Antonioni has sold all shareholding this morning at GBP9.30. RNS just released. Good news or not? Surely there must be a disclosure soon if AAQUA or associated party has bought as you can't have over a million shares sloshing around the market. These must have been placed. Why is very interesting and I'd love to know! | wooty01
11/8/2021 09:13 | I assume it is Peter Antonioni (192 pte ltd) who was selling the other day and is linked to AAA so could just be moving all the concert party eggs into one basket which would seem to imply that AAA aren't done yet. | bagpuss lives |
