31/8/2017 13:06 | MM's were just bidding me 176 for 30,000.....Don't fall for the kiddology :-) | shortarm
31/8/2017 11:17 | I still think there is a big buy order getting filled, the trading pattern of last two days suggest it, but could be totally wrong | wanderer1210_0
31/8/2017 10:58 | Typical shallow reporting waterloo. Frequently you hear something on the news media and then read up on the same subject in the quality press/ specialist mag and you wonder whether the broadcaster is just plain ignorant or is deliberately misleading. Either way it does not say a lot for their professionalism. Or maybe they are just catering for those with the attention span of a gnat ie most young people. Heh heh Was that Mr10k - looks like it given the timing plus of course it's under the bid. I'll really miss him when he goes.........not. | husbod
31/8/2017 10:51 | Yeah Waterloo1. The day someone patents a (working) room temp super conductor is the time to sell ATYM. They have been trying for a long, long time though so I don't expect it to be anytime soon..... SBT | superbobtaylor
31/8/2017 10:39 | Had to laugh at programme last night about super conductor polymers. Showed a copper power cable (and my there is a lot of copper in it) and the advantages of polymers (ie loose very little power in transmission) as power grids need to build more capacity to handle all those electric cars etc. Trouble was/is the polymer cable has to be super cooled to minus 190% minimum. What they didn't say is that to maintain that over a grid, the power used to super cool is a great deal more that the lose from copper cables, let alone the cost of installation and maintenance. Copper remains king for now at least! | waterloo01
31/8/2017 10:29 | I think Astor are still smarting from the case but sense will prevail eventually as they will want their money (and put it work) and we want rid of them. They could pay them off in one go but more sensible to do it over a 2 year period. Once they can agree Astor can then allow us to use our cash as we see fit. | waterloo01
31/8/2017 10:25 | off we go again...great stuff | qs99
31/8/2017 10:15 | Oh well no averaging down then. So what would you do waterloo - approach Astor for a deal or sit back and wait to see if they approach us? If I were Astor I would approach us. | husbod
31/8/2017 10:07 | Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee | shortarm
31/8/2017 09:54 | Nice reversal.... New several year high today? | shortarm
31/8/2017 09:50 | No and why we are appealing as can't spend excess cash beyond 10m until Astor gets paid, although it was intimated that they thought they might have a way around it, but what is anyone's guess. Given we should be generating a lot of cash I guess they might just pay them off and be rid of it? | waterloo01
31/8/2017 09:40 | Surely we're free to raise senior debt for Touro anyway since the deal with Astor relates only to PRT? | jwafc
31/8/2017 09:36 | Having listened to both sides I don't think the judge was overly impressed by Astor's barristers. At some point Astor will realise that a deal that guarantees them a payment schedule in return for some give and take is in their interests (in both senses of the word). That would then free us to raise senior debt for Touro, invest how we want and put us on a path to dividends. | waterloo01
31/8/2017 09:19 | Waterloo 8877 - presumably that is in fact one of the issues upon which Astor are appealing. Not that I can see any merit in challenging the Learned Judges findings but maybe their lawyers need one more attempt to overturn their "poor" drafting of the original agreement before their professional indemnity insurers step in. If the share price goes down much further I might be tempted to top up in order to bring my average down a few pence. | husbod
31/8/2017 09:15 | ... Yup... It looks like our "ever supportive" MMs are giving us a real kicking for some reason of their own. | pawsche
31/8/2017 08:58 | Shake them out, predictable after yesterday's trades | wanderer1210_0
31/8/2017 08:50 | copper holding up well yet share price isn't! | qs99
31/8/2017 08:49 | Shortarm that's to be shown but it's a near surface resource and they will no doubt install the latest tech (esp re leaching) so will be very interesting to see the N3 report. Suspect it will be at a much lower cost than PRT. | waterloo01
31/8/2017 08:42 | Copper now 3.11 :) | bewise2
31/8/2017 08:41 | Will Touro copper be cheaper to produce as it's a cleaner concentrate? | shortarm
31/8/2017 08:34 | News flow pending : Q2/H1 financials this week/next week Q3 update / Copper output end of October Touro 43-101 release is ahead of schedule and due October Q3 financials end of November PRT expansion to 15.0 MTPA feasibility study PRT funding news to take the plant to 15.0MTPA Touro permitting updates It's a busy year for ATYM.. | laurence llewelyn binliner
31/8/2017 08:14 | Sounds like a plan Waterloo! | shortarm
31/8/2017 07:51 | With copper holding $3.10 I'm even more confident that we will be doing $100m EBITDA in 2018 and a forward pe of just under 2.5 I'd also expect trade debtors to be reduced close to a normal working level and as such just the 53m owed to Astor and some intra company loans left on the books. Time to start talking with Astor about guaranteeing a payment schedule in return for both freeing the company from the 10m limit and closing the marketing agreement? | waterloo01
30/8/2017 17:58 | Not surprising to see a some selling at the top this afternoon on what has been a very strong few weeks for us with Copper pulling higher, but what if we see a Q2/H1 financials RNS this week..? we know these figures will be robust and a big step up on Q1 setting our stall out for FY2017.. :o), next week latest, 07.09.2016 last year, then there's the next presentation, and all the revised broker notes / forecasts based on the new numbers, would you want to be out..? | laurence llewelyn binliner
30/8/2017 17:48 | Happy to be corrected Waterloo! Thanks | mip55 |
