28/7/2017 11:10 | Come on Husbod - get with the programme :-) | iankn73
28/7/2017 11:07 | MDS really going for this today! Maybe, just maybe he's sold expecting a retrace and is now trying his hardest to engineer it :-) | shortarm
28/7/2017 11:05 | I think he was referring to a post on III from small holding who said he'd had an email saying the delay. Van is no longer in the loop! | waterloo01
28/7/2017 11:03 | Wasn't it vanhelsingir who described it as a "technicality". Strange that we are giving him so much credibility on this point. That was one van post that I thought was underwhelming. | husbod
28/7/2017 10:54 | Pure speculation MDS. What isn't is that we have at least one II buying (remember the large trades a few weeks back) and the CEO buying near this level. Agree Traf are sharks, but I don;t see any advantage in them keeping the share price down, unless they intend to make a bid. As for timing the RNS. Apart from not releasing on a Friday afternoon, it's a fools game. Copper might well be higher next week. Who knows! | waterloo01
28/7/2017 10:49 | easy waterloo, they can get the board to agree to them increasing their share holding if they become a guarantor for say 5% of the equity that is to be raised. Knowing that most pi's wont have the money or desire to join the raise and so all those shares will need to be mopped up to make the raise a success. It has been proven that AL was wasting his time going to the city and Canada talking to intuitions, none of them have an interest in us and so they wont buy the spare shares. So what a nice way for Traf to increase their holding whilst looking as though they are doing the company a favour. Traf are made from the same mould as Goldman Sachs, they have no morals and are the vampire squid of business, like GS their track record proves it time and time again, we are just their next victim No institution will get involved in yet another raise that is well below what is clearly fair value which has been our history | mds2028
28/7/2017 10:47 | MD - I would so love the press to write about us but that is one of the major problems - they aren't! Copper edging back up. | husbod
28/7/2017 10:37 | copper starting to pull back ready for our numbers early next week, anybody could see CU would retrace over the next few days and so it was a clear reason as RP said the other day that our numbers should have been out on Wednesday and the press would have something to write over the weekend, but we will release on cu retracing and miss the PR opportunity. | mds2028
28/7/2017 10:35 | and why would that benefit Traf? | waterloo01
28/7/2017 10:32 | RP I actually agree with most of your post 8175,other than about non exec's. you have this view because you worked in the overly paid city where it is acceptable to have multiple jobs and not focus and delivery on what you get overly paid for. I accept that is how our city works and unfortunately it encourages laziness like the FSA who are all waiting for there opportunity to join the city gravy train and get some of these non exec jobs and so will never rock the boat. Traf now how the city works, and will have a friend of a friend who is Mr 5K keeping this low ready for the equity raise later in the year | mds2028
28/7/2017 10:31 | Interesting last para Cuf. It could also be the reason for the delay in the RNS - they are on the cusp of finalising another deal or tying up a placement or rights issue and want to include it in the RNS. Or it could just be that there is no requirement that I am aware of that an update has to be on any specific date! | husbod
28/7/2017 10:28 | The only utterly predictable thing about the shares atm is that Mr10k will make an appearance. I would just love to know who it is and more importantly the extent of his remaining holding. And even more importantly than that why he is selling. | husbod
28/7/2017 10:24 | sorry technical issue you buy that? this would have been sitting with the PR company days ago, they had the new figures weeks ago. AL is lookign for his next job and the Non exec is the door opening before he moves. He shouldn't have time for distractions when the business is so badly loved. The fact is he has seen that a CEO role is not his skill set, which he has proven over the last 18 months, he is a great technical engineer and I wish him luck when he takes the technical Director role. I would guess in the next 6 months or so (certainly before the equity raise that will place egg on his face). Lets hope Traf doesn't get yet another person on the board that used to work at one of their investments, as per our finance guy who cant get numbers out within a week of knowing what has been produced. Don't forget I called our last CEO was going a few months before he went and RP sorry I mean StockyReady as he was then was telling us (just like RP now) how everything was rosy and he was doing a great job etc. Keeping my money ready for the equity raise in October so deposits can be placed for the new mining equipment and PRT expansion, plus an acquisition (i suspect) all agreed with off takes for the big 3 of course! | mds2028
28/7/2017 09:51 | Quite right SBT - his non executive role in one company (which incidentally could give him an insight that could be valuable to ATYM) hardly makes him a part-time CEO. Back to a ridiculous official spread - same mm depressing the bid as previously? | husbod
28/7/2017 09:47 | MDS he has taken a non exec role. Probably 1 meeting a month tops. Hardly part time. As for the timing of the RNS they planned for Thurs and had technical some issues. They have a policy not to RNS on a Friday. No need for the conspiracy theory. Who knows where Cu will be on Monday.... SBT | superbobtaylor
28/7/2017 09:31 | so are we already starting to see the effects of a part time CEO? These figures are simple number crunching and would have been ready within days of the turn of the month and that is a fact. So the delay is more internal sign off, but as AL is now part time and no longer fully focused on keeping his promises to use ie no equity raise, then the true contempt of the board towards pi's is aloud to run. I am sorry but technical issues is just rubbish as an excuse, our PR giys had this information at the beginning of the week, the big three are holding this back to time it with the pull back on copper early next week. Just watch and see These guys have their agenda and its not for our good ! | mds2028
28/7/2017 08:56 | Barclays won't deal online? | shortarm
28/7/2017 08:50 | I seem to recall that a few quarters ago the update was released on a Friday afternoon much to the annoyance of all those here then, for obvious reasons. Hopefully they wont repeat this weird strategy this time given that it really should be a "good news" RNS. Monday morning will do me. | husbod
28/7/2017 08:44 | O/T re. WTI. That is the sort of RNS you release on a Friday! Orion are on the hook big time on this one, is about $120M now? I find it hard to believe they keep chucking good money after bad. SBT | superbobtaylor
28/7/2017 08:24 | Im wondering if the Quote was taken down so that two Sells of 16k look like buys...? | rougepierre
28/7/2017 08:13 | O/T rouge, noted WTI this am. What a pile of sh1t. Orion have their claws into it, cost over $6000 a tone and get no advantage of copper over $6000 a tone as all goes to Orion. What were you thinking! | waterloo01
28/7/2017 08:03 | No news Friday it is then.., it does seem a bit of an own goal to miss releasing the Q2 update this week on the back of a very strong run on Copper, where we should be trying to continue the share price rally, but I guess we can wait until Monday.. :o) | laurence llewelyn binliner
