If it’s in M&A territory, I’m not sure how Jefferies can justify a £3 target price. If it gets taken out it isn’t going to be for anything near £3. It will have to be for something that constitutes a win for Stroll.
It isn’t worth £3. It’s either a debt burdened accident waiting to happen (again) or a once in a lifetime opportunity for Geely or another to acquire an iconic brand. For that to happen there would need to be a significant premium.
