you may have the shares then? Ask acquisitor about their experience.

I didn't chose to take the Astaire shares, as I would have held 4.15m shares in an illiquid AIM quoted stock. Also, the cash option was more generous, given the respective share prices. But I do hold a million Evolve shares I bought at 0.6p and think there is some upside if the management do not make any mistakes. Evolve still has some upside from the takeover of Astaire and that should show through in the share price

I have no real views, but acquisitor has made some good calls with this and Astaire and may respond to your question. It may also be reassuring that he has a current holding in Evolve? I have got a few of these after accepting the 7 for 5. No trades have taken place in Evolve over the last few days ? Not a good start and perhaps indicative of most p i's being bemused and befuddled as you and I seem to be. (:@)

Anyone with any views on the prospects for the Evolve share price? Unfortunately, I am in at 3.5 p.

Goodbye to Astaire and goodbye to this board. Thank you ASTR. My 2.25m shares, bought at an average .4p now cashed out at 2p. My pension is very happy. Plus my 1m Evolve bought at 0.6p now at 1.2p.

I was one of the 15 mil that couldn't resist 40 pc more shares which has moved my pps average down from 6 p to 3.6 p. wouldn't take much of a rise for me to close out. Accept that i may live to regret that decision :-)

This is a small if hollow victory for the small shareholder - From a delisting value of 0.30p per share to a payout of 2p per share -

If the option was to liquidate all the assets then that figure would be just above the 3p mark - It did indeed make no sense imho to take the 5 for 7 when you look at the current share price of evolve - and its indicative use of the cash -

78.9 mill accepted the 2p offer - 15mill took the 5 for 7 -

Why would people sell in market now for 1.085 when they can accept open offer of 2p and not pay dealing costs? Baffled?

Jeeeez

They can't even get announcements right first time and each amendment rns costs us considerable money. Are they trying to get people to accept cash, I am fed up of these time extensions and pushing back of the conclusion to this mess.

I just hope we don't get another rns lowering cash offer or number of exchange shares.

Net assets roughly around 3.1 - 3.2p per share at todays interims

£6.4mill --

I will still take the 2p per share offer although you still lose out on £2.3-2.4mill worth of assets.
