Now trading at 65% below cash level - forget the assets - Its the Evolve factor

IHUK results out today, NAV £3.38 ps. NTAV £3.03 ps. Cash £1.34 ps. Profit growth, board appointment and new HQ building with larger capacity bought in H2. DYOR.

Luckily I managed to sell at the top. Had a feeling it would drop quickly. Might see another bounce but it's risky from here.

It will be difficult and costly to dispose of one's holding when they delist. EVOL perhaps a safer option.

I think I am going to sell 2.25m shares and switch to Evolve. If Astaire de-lists, then Evolve could do quite well out of it. In any case, Evolve is more undervalued.

Cash should be returned to shareholders as previously envisaged. The delisting and redeployment as a investment vehicle is uncannily similar to Izodia -

Return CASH to shareholders as Envisaged!

Expecting BLUE early tomorrow.

Amazingly - EVOL only moved up 40% today, despite their 53% holding in ASTR.

No doubt the market for EVOL will catch up tomorrow.
