24/11/2017 16:52 | B2B , thanks for your support . I think you could well be talking sh1t | juju44
24/11/2017 16:50 | I wonder what will happen to Dearing, the man who put the crooks in control of our company, and then was rewarded with a job. | gfrae
24/11/2017 16:25 | owning this share has been more of a trip than if I had taken 1970's LSD crazy, crazy stuff- but I might even come out well in the money- which would be even crazier | malcontent
24/11/2017 16:20 | Re: "Mr Ning Yat Hoi and his associated company China International Mining Group Corporation have challenged the validity of the Joint Administrators' appointment." I think Ning should turn up next week at the 'Hearing' so that he can have a personal fitting for the handcuffs he so richly deserves. The crook should go straight to jail from there. | skidaddle
24/11/2017 16:13 | JUJU you're F....D! You've informed RPI that you except their kind offer and your shares will be transferred at the registrars to them for payment....whenever! | bizz2bizz
24/11/2017 15:57 | When they declared this unconditional I thought they then had the majority of the shares and it was a done deal so I buckled in disgust and accepted . Now where am I ? | juju44
24/11/2017 15:57 | Anyone with previous knowledge of how takeovers work knows that you wait until the last minute before you accept any offer because it is only then that you get the whole story and complete set of facts. | skidaddle
24/11/2017 15:56 | I'm suprised you crack so easily juju. You been here a long time.Thought you would have hung on for a bit more than 2p+ | casabella2
24/11/2017 15:46 | AAAGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH | juju44
24/11/2017 15:45 | As I heard large buyer waiting in the wings, sounds like they've gone direct to secure. What I don't understand is why holders sold out RECENTLY, don't you watch the news about Zimbabwe politics? | bizz2bizz
24/11/2017 15:44 | You had wind of this TimGW? | jacks13
24/11/2017 15:42 | As to whether or not RPI have the shares and or the money to pay for them, and where it came from may well be revealed in Court. Those of you you who capitulated to the threats may now get more than 2p and perhaps give thanks to those here who held out for more! As mentioned previously I doubt that anyone will get anything before 5th Dec. IMHO/DYOR and even I don't get it right that often! | timgw
24/11/2017 15:34 | A bigger offer and buy RPI shares as well juju. | casabella2
24/11/2017 15:15 | Surely the only way anyone else can take this over is for acceptances so far to be null and void ?? | juju44
24/11/2017 15:11 | This is much messier than the usual takeover. If RPI succeed in gaining a majority ownership of ASA this could result in the Zimbabwean authorities deeming '..a change of control of the Company ...[which is not]... pre-approved by the Minister of Mines in Zimbabwe'. If that view holds sway will the Takeover Panel (no, not the pools panel) now allow RPI's Offer to be declared unconditional? edit: juju, RPI have declared in effect that they'll take what they have got but that will only happen if and when the Panel agree and when RPI have paid for the acceptors' shares. | jacks13
24/11/2017 15:09 | Cant believe this . I capitulated 2 days ago . How can anyone else take it over if Rch Pro have over 50 % unless they dont have the shares that peeps agreed to sell | juju44
24/11/2017 15:03 | Hope you like the news, folks! I still want to see the HK Triads go after the stolen money (on a commission basis!) The Court hearing will provide interesting revelations too I hope. | timgw
24/11/2017 15:01 | I wonder when we would be likely to find out more about the new bidder. | casabella2
24/11/2017 14:56 | Looks like another bidder to me Casabella " Potential acquisition of the Company's assetsThe Joint Administrators have now received a non-binding and conditional offer from a substantial publically listed company to acquire the Company's 100% shareholding in ASA Headco Limited ("Headco"), its immediate subsidiary holding company which in turn owns, directly and indirectly, all of the Company's material assets. The Joint Administrators believe that, if this offer is accepted, and the applicable conditions are satisfied, all the creditors of the Company would be paid in full, and from the balance of the proceeds of the sale, shareholders of the Company should receive significantly more than the 2.1p per share offered by RPI "I wonder who this substantial publicly listed company might be? | loafingchard
24/11/2017 14:40 | Good luck holders. Looks brighter today. | gwr7
24/11/2017 14:17 | Yes.Have we got a bidding war. | casabella2
24/11/2017 14:10 | RPI only have the support of the Chinese and a few soft sellers. Game on. | trevorm2
24/11/2017 14:08 | I like this paragraph. The Joint Administrators believe that, if this offer is accepted, and the applicable conditions are satisfied, all the creditors of the Company would be paid in full, and from the balance of the proceeds of the sale, shareholders of the Company should receive significantly more than the 2.1p per share offered by RPI. | casabella2 |
