As i see it they have not yet got their 50%+1 share yet or it would have been in the rns.A paragraph in the rns says
Offer remains open for acceptance

The Offer remains open for acceptance until 1.00 p.m. (London time) on 15 December 2017 in accordance with Rule 31.4 of the Code. For the avoidance of doubt, as the Offer is now unconditional as to acceptances, ASA Shareholders who have accepted the Offer are not now unable to withdraw their acceptance.

ASA Shareholders who have not already done so are urged to accept the Offer as soon as possible. Details of the procedure for doing so are set out in the Offer Document.
Does this not say that shareholders "are not now unable" to withdraw their acceptance to me says they can withdraw it.

The level of acceptance can be waived down to 50% +1.
The standard is 90% as these is the level that they can buy you out at the price regardless.
The choice is stay in with the Chinese holding all the cards, I expect them to issue shares and dilute any other holders even more, 75% is the level that the can delist. Either that or if the suspension is not lifted by January 28 the shares are delisted anyway.
At the moment you can get out and not be locked in.
Such is the joy of investing in AIM listed miners.

Why urge shareholders to accept the offer when you say you have enough shares to proceed.Smelly.Don't get tricked.

Yes how can it be waved down to 50% + 1 share from 90%?
Doesn't make sense.
Who agreed to that?
I think there is more to this.
We need some guidance. This is just RPI telling us, not the Co. or indeed the Administrator.

Surely they can't just change the acceptance from 90% to 50% .The way I read it is that they still need 90% for takeover but have now stopped anyone that has accepted from changing there mind. Which still can't be right as there has been a significant event that will have a major Impact to AS A. Hope they don't get away with. I like many here have been waiting for a longe time for Mugabe to go so this company can realise it's true potential

I think shares need to come out of administration before they can proceed.

Doesn't work like that. If they secure the 50% plus 1 share we all lose out and get paid 2.1p. You DON'T get a choice, that's what's called a "take over"

But if you can not deliver the shares you won't get paid for them ,will you ?

Haven't they got enough agreements to push it through now? Isn't it saying they require 50% acceptance plus 1 share down from 90%???

If you can not transfer shares while the company is in liquidation, how could you sell them to RPI (or anybody else for that matter ) even if you wanted to ?

Just raised my asking price... 7p...

Now that Mugabe is on his way out, and Mangangwa is likely to be inserted - temporarily? Morgan Tsvangirai is/has returning/ed to Zim, and potentially a political re-awakening in Zimbabwe...

That should de-risk assets in Zimbabwe, and therefore that should lead to a higher price...
