19/12/2017 09:12 | Maybe the party is over | juju44
18/12/2017 17:31 | Can't be long now...can it? | plasybryn
18/12/2017 16:41 | The only thing of interest is how much (and when) will another party make a formal bid for the company. Anything else and it is all over with or without the shouting. | timgw
18/12/2017 10:38 | Interesting times.... | thecynical1
16/12/2017 13:39 | The administrators could also decide to let the company start trading on the markets again if they think they are in a viable situation. If so we would be back to square one .Rpi as major shareholders. | casabella2
16/12/2017 13:02 | That's correct. If they offer more money and win. It looks like the next time we hear from the Administrators it will be to hear who the takeover winner is. | skidaddle
16/12/2017 13:00 | If RPI offer money they will have to come back and give it to me too. | juju44
16/12/2017 11:51 | Totally.We may get an update early next week. | casabella2
16/12/2017 10:07 | Agree Skidaddle | plasybryn
16/12/2017 09:50 | juju44, the Administrators call the shots not RPI. Just wishful thinking on your part. Your assuption that RPI had taken control unconditionally is what got you in this mess in the first place. | skidaddle
16/12/2017 09:31 | As RPI own over 50% of the shares THEY control the company and will call the shots | juju44
16/12/2017 09:20 | Vick - with 40% of the company NOT with RPI, no-one can just steal our equity. Not sure when the alternative buyer may appear, however. I hold a small parcel with a delisted co. and they periodically offer (at too low a price) to buy them, so I am keeping them. High risk, but it's a tiny % - not our joint 40% holdings in ASA. I'm not worried...yet! But someone who knows the intricacies may advise soon? | iamald
16/12/2017 08:52 | I thought everyone was saying on 15th the outcome would be known. Is there mow a possibility we can lose all when it is delisted automatically from AIM in January? Maybe both companies will think its easier to take our shares for nothing after then? Does anyone here really know anything at all. There seems to be many conflicting opinions and im clueless myself? | vickiitwo2
15/12/2017 16:36 | So if any of you nice people from RPI are reading...... 5p and we can talk....... : ) | thecynical1
15/12/2017 16:35 | Does the White Knight have to show his hand within a certain period? If RPI are a bit clever, they will now love quickly to mop up the other shareholders who have so far not taken up their offer. Interesting times ahead, me thinks!!! | thecynical1
15/12/2017 10:43 | In the endgame it is a guaranteed win for RPI as they either steal the company or make a big profit from those who bottled it and sold for 2.1p. I keep thinking of comedian Harry Secombe's line in The Goon Show (yes I am that old!) ".....fiendish cunning these Chinese....." How little has changed. | timgw
15/12/2017 09:39 | rpi will only be major shareholders so will get the higher offer for their shares if the unnamed company is the prefered bidder unless they come back wiht a higher offer.Still holding onto mine. | casabella2
15/12/2017 09:30 | Like I said, either way I will get the best deal. | skidaddle
15/12/2017 09:21 | Wish I had your brains . Anyway if RPI have over 50% then they control the company so don't count your chickens too soon . Good luck | juju44
15/12/2017 09:19 | It wasn't the Administrators who mugged you, it was RPI. You should have smelled a rat when RPI declared it unconditional. It was the Adminsitrators job to do that. The timing happened just after Mugabe stepped down which should have given you a clue. | skidaddle
15/12/2017 09:07 | The receivers and the board totally let shareholders down here by not communicating . In the absence of news and when Rpi claimed it unconditional , I sold . Obviously if I had known there was another interested party I wouldn't . It all stinks and I feel I have been mugged | juju44
15/12/2017 09:06 | The dilemma for those who sold is that they need RPI to win if the final bid is over 2.1p and they want the extra. I have no such dilemma and would love it if the quoted company wins. Conversly, I would hate it if RPI does. Either way I should get the best deal. | skidaddle
14/12/2017 22:36 | Still can't believe anybody sold out to these crooks. | casabella2
14/12/2017 20:41 | I don't think so. In that case I suspect RPI will get the extra above 2.1p as they will own the shares but not the company as they will have been out bid and just become another shareholder. That's why you wait until the last minute in takeovers. | skidaddle
14/12/2017 18:55 | If the new bidder wins, will those that have taken the 2.1pmper share still get the extra payment aswelit? | shrewdinvest |
