22/11/2017 20:30 | Read the rns, 'in the case of acceptances already received....by 5 December 2017'. RPI have lowered their sights, almost certainly as a result of developments in Zimbabwe, and have now settled for a controlling interest. They will be the majority owner and form a new Board. They will likely want to get to a position where they can get a 75% vote carried on a motion of taking the company private i.e. a delisting. How they do that I don't know, but having minority shareholders was not part of the plan and I expect it still isn't. The 2.1p remains available for acceptance until 15 December. At some point the company will exit administration, only then will you know whether the shares can be exchanged for more than 2.1p. That's the nature of the gamble. | jacks13
22/11/2017 18:12 | Even you have accepted you will get no money while asa are in administration. Offer or no offer. | trevorm2
22/11/2017 17:56 | Note the acceptance goalposts were moved when they knew Mugabe was finished. I think Dearing helped the Chinese to take this out on the cheap and it seems like he's either helping them now or else he's a rabbit in the headlights unable to do anything about it. | gwr7
22/11/2017 17:50 | Ex Broker - sorry, but the question has to be asked - can you assure us that you have nothing to gain by taking so much time trying to get us to accept? | asmodeus
22/11/2017 17:30 | To clarify again. If you have accepted, you get your cash soon. If you have not accepted you still can, how long this window stays open I don’t know.If you dont accept when the offer is closed you will still own your shares unless they get to 90%. What you will own is a small minority holding in a company controlled by the Chinese, how well do you think they are going to look after you? Man up and accept the offer while it’s still open 2.1p is better than FA | exbroker
22/11/2017 17:16 | The board is a fekin disgrace the way they have done nothing to stop all this | juju44
22/11/2017 14:41 | A comment from the Administrator would be useful. Hey ho..... Edit: I have sent a strongly worded request to the Administrator as to the urgent need for a formal statement from the Company. | timgw
22/11/2017 12:30 | Then it's up to the Administrators to clarify the situation. I'm amazed they haven't done so as RPI appear to suggest that all conditions and requirements have been satisfied and everything has been OK'd by the Administrators | skidaddle
22/11/2017 12:28 | Please understand, if you don't except the offer and the takeover still goes through anyway you will still receive 2.1p for your shares. | bizz2bizz
22/11/2017 12:04 | It is unfortunate the Co. are restricted from saying anything whilst the Administrator is in place. Seems odd and unfair that RPI can & try and frightened investors into doing something which could damage the successful outcome. Hold tight everyone. I'm sure we will get news very soon and our position will then be clarified and not based on RPI who only have their own vested interests at heart. | plasybryn
22/11/2017 11:04 | Might as well sit it out.No takeover until suspension is lifted. Shares can't be traded. | trevorm2
22/11/2017 10:59 | Exactly. If they don't have enough shares they can't take us over. They must not have enough because they are still trying to frighten people into selling.RPI are desperate for youre shares don't give them away.Fight for what's right.A fair offer. | casabella2
22/11/2017 10:57 | Marry in haste, regret later. Take your time before you accept. You have a couple of weeks. Some very big holders still here. Not going to get any money until suspension is lifted anyway. | trevorm2
22/11/2017 10:55 | So you get the cash if you have accepted and what if you have not accepted. You get nothing? | casabella2
22/11/2017 10:37 | Unfortunately , I have to agree | juju44
22/11/2017 10:35 | The deal is done it is unconditional in all respects. They have said when you will get you cash if you have accepted. Get heads out of sand this is over, done, finished!! | exbroker
22/11/2017 10:24 | apparently there will be an update soon just need to wait it out for a bit. happy to do so | jayboy4
22/11/2017 10:24 | juju don't crack now.We have all been here long enough to know what we have.We have got to let it play out and wait for news from ASA.NOT RPI. | casabella2
22/11/2017 10:18 | They are making no effort to coax shareholders to reject the offer - pathetic | juju44
22/11/2017 10:16 | I'm not selling. Got clarification on the offer. They still need the shares to takeover. Only those who have accepted can not change their minds now. No change for those of us that have not accepted. RPI want to couse confusion to panic holders into taking 2.1 pence. Been told it's best to wait for announcements from the company or the administrators | jayboy4
22/11/2017 09:54 | Think I just want out now. Dead money and we cannot stop the fraud. All financial markets totally corrupt | juju44
22/11/2017 07:14 | Whilst we are in administration can the company not release any kind of guidance as to what is going on.All we are getting is RPI, the company trying to take us over, telling us what to do. | casabella2
22/11/2017 00:32 | I've read up a bit and I actually now think it means takeover is imminent | postiga08
21/11/2017 21:17 | Yes a double negative. Was that a slip? Oh want a shame! | plasybryn |
