Point taken RA, but with net rev in the month potentially as high as $7m, I still think we could have a good increase in cash. In any case all money is being reinvested to ensure even greater growth in the next year, so its a win win.

DRF don't expect that much with various other capex (Pipes, roads, Pads, etc) other than the wells, if it is terrific.

So Israel sending what planes they have left over tonight to Iran with missiles. Apparently the air defence was a massive success according to USA. Apparently 50% of missiles knocked out. USA must have a different live feed to the stuff I watched.

Maybe worth watching the Whitehouse Breifing channel which should have something soon. It might give an indication of where the oil price is going tomorrow on how the US reacts.

All out war is approaching between Iran and Israel. I wonder if Iran has developed a nuke I assume so after all this time. Could be a good time to be in oil stocks. Not so good if you live in the Middle East.

MT if brent hit $60 then WTI approx $56.

As you state "US shale oil industry has an average break even price for new wells of $62/bbl"

So in all fairness shale industry would be knackered, and that's a lot of oil production.

tom - takes all views to make a market but, if I had not reached my holding limit(1.4%) with the stock last November.....considering the huge step change improvement this year in the investment case from the horizontal wells, layered on an already outstanding investment case from doubling production from cash flow organically in the previous year, i would definitely be a buyer at this price.

Only a global recession is likely to see Brent back down to $60/bbl. At that price Arrow still has tremendous net-backs.

Global oil production growth has been overwhelmingly driven by the US shale oil industry over the last decade - but, after running up $300 billion of negative cash flow chasing market share, its production has been plateauing this year, in line with the falling oil price. Entirely understandable now the US shale oil industry has an average break even price for new wells of $62/bbl.
