So back in Jan 2022, when this was 5p, it had a market cap of 50m GBP right?

Since then the...

- graphite prices have increased
- the world has slowly started to realize graphite is as critical as lithium
- that unless more graphite mines are built the world cannot build these EV's

Seems like the graphite stocks are like the lithium stocks back in 2019.

The Company has received an encouraging level of interest in funding the Mahenge Liandu Graphite project and has advanced its discussions with a number of potential finance partners with respect to securing project development funding for the project. No couple that with 'advanced discussions' a yr agoLiars

Kabunga in for a further $1m at Volt. Hopefully he has disposed of his ACP shares over the last few weeks to help him pay for this.

Sorry Euclid I'm not sure what you mean lithium?? Can't accept a good offer (pretty sure he won't accept any offer until this is in production, stage 2 is up and running too, the rest of the area is proven up and the latest licence additions are explored.

Mensa, don't forget their lithium is the ground, so he may not be able to accept what he thinks is a good offer

But as BHP mentioned in the sunday times, they may look at taking stakes in companies in Tanzania

I am invested here and am kicking myself for not selling for 6p after mining licence was granted. A couple of things that I don't understand and would appreciate any answers. Why as the nvp is far greater than the m cap are larger companies not falling over each other to buy acp out? Why is someone continuing to sell 1 million shares at a time at what must be all at a loss if the prospects are so good?

Mr. Friedland’s June 2022 exclusive, long-form keynote discussion at the Bank of America’s Commodity.
Mr. Friedland commented: “The supply-demand landscape for the copper market remains extremely clear despite any short-term market fluctuations and policy-driven demand destruction. Kamoa-Kakula will be an integral part of the supply solution, but we will need astronomically higher global copper production to solve the ongoing energy crisis and complete the vital transition to green energy.”

I agree however along with the slow progress and lack of Comms it gives new investors a great entry price.
I would say we have one major share holder though, Matt Bull about 54m shares and just under 10% holding. He only put a further £170k in back in April 100% share holder aligned.

Sunday Times business section report yesterday saying BHP would be interested in taking stakes in companies with commodities in Tanzania -

There we go, problems all solved, with this asset it will sell it-self, not need to market it to BHP

Seems he has placed huge pressure on the share price, holding and selling down 76m shs

Asimwe Kabunga was the major share holder with about 45m shares. Since then he has had a further (rough numbers only) 15m for warrants and 16m for a CLN

shame we never had long term major holders - all you need is one m/holder that keeps selling down and over several years the price stays depressed at very low levels
