Euclid,
ACP have a DFS already they are simply going to update it with the Tanzanian government's free carry when it is negotiated and possibly some other metrics, updated build costs and updated average sales price currently $1,112 (BlackRock have $1,500 in theirs, same graphite!).
They also have all permits in place with the final step of the mining licence being awarded to them last year.
With regards to funding yes they have stated for a couple of years now that they are in finance discussions. However things change both at the macro and local levels and we are clearly letting Blackrock lead the way (their financing due any day now). Once the free carry is sorted I expect the newsflow to ramp up significantly with final FEED, offtakes and finance to be completed within a reasonable timeframe.

COMC,
I have been invested here for about 6.5 years. When I first bought shares Asimwe Kabunga was the major share holder with about 45m shares. Since then he has had a further (rough numbers only) 15m for warrants and 16m for a CLN. Now he has been selling for over 3 years and I believe he was below the reportable limit sometime last year however 76m takes a while to churn through! He was using the funds for his other projects Volt and Lindian, He hasn't normally dumped in such large quantities (even if it is him) however I'm hopeful that he is nearly out.

2.5 years ago the graphite price was depressed and we were in the lockdowns globally and nobody was interested in these projects....quite different now, but if you can't understand that....:)

AURA also couldn't get anything done for years on their uranium project, then the uranium market turned around and the share price went up significantly. Buy at the bottom of the cycle, not at the top.

One of the fundamentals is without a JV partner / funding, even having a BFS and all permits, they can't produce any graphene or sell it

If the BoD's tells s/holders 2.5 years ago, we are in talks with co's re funding, and nothing gets confirmed, leaves you in some doubt about their trustworthiness.

a few million shares sold recently and today

I haven't analyzed the trades over the last few weeks, but if they are mainly small sells dripping the share price down then one may deduce that they are PI's selling out of boredom, lack of news, need to raise funds to buy other bombed out stocks or selling to buy back in cheaper. Any of those reasons are nothing to do with the actual fundamentals.

Any thoughts on the trades over the last few weeks?

It’s just a waiting game here. I am miles underwater. I foolishly averaged up on the 4s after mining license granted. The ceo and his family have loads of shares and will eventually do something to realize value
Until then switch off I am afraid

Because it is non.No proactive work was done by the BoD as the job in Africa & the company is down under. This is very much a bottom-draw investment.it will have to bag from here before some people break even.So looking for the next & next & next cycle before it is our turn. That is if the BoD actually manages anything.Gl all

"giving up because of acking news", classic reason people lose money in the stockmarket. Nothing has changed to the fundamentals, just that they are not patient and don't understand the timelines for investing.

Should make the future secure but people are giving up due to lacking news. Never thought below 3p would happen let alone where we are now !!
