09/3/2020 09:20 | Does the lower oil price not reduce our costs somewhat??? Does that mean more cash being chucked off? Not a bad place to be here in this market storm. | ironstorm
09/3/2020 09:01 | kaos3 - do not sell AAU because with the proceeds you can buy other cheaper shares !!!! once again ... - do not sell AAU (as they are good, cheap and f... strong) | kaos3
09/3/2020 08:57 | Best idea that..... | shortarm
09/3/2020 08:56 | I think the world is about to end. I'm going back to bed for a couple of weeks until investors see sense. | paul280i
07/3/2020 11:50 | To put an alternative line of thought on it hxxps://www.whatitco So by purchasing power it is probably at or higher than where it should be, however as an investment it is currently probably 1/2 to 1/4 of prospective value - compared to DOW. | thanksamillion
07/3/2020 10:22 | Sounds convincing. | plasybryn
07/3/2020 09:22 | Bill Murphy, co-founder of the Gold Anti-Trust Action Committee. 15 mins. Well worth 15 minute listen. If what he thinks is true, we are invested in the right area. He says the endgame is here. I know these people have been saying this for years, but things are different now as they are running out of physical as more people are demanding physical - not paper. mabel | mabel 123
06/3/2020 20:18 | Held up well today given the state of the markets. Good weekend all, keep well. | soulsauce
05/3/2020 18:36 | More foggy than muddy, but I get the jist, many thanks. | thanksamillion
05/3/2020 17:37 | Gold back above $1660. Silver still lagging. | soulsauce
05/3/2020 17:36 | The trades times are correct but they won't necessarily be published here immediately so a large sell ie the 2.93 at 8:22 reduced the bid offer and as it is published later it's shown as a buy because it's above mid price at time it's published on the board, so the price when published on board is compared against the bid offer at that time and if above mid price at that time it shows as buy even though it was a sell early in day which forced bid offer (hence mid price) lower. Clear as mud??? | bigglesbingham
05/3/2020 12:57 | Odd that it shows as number 3, with the 2.9001 lower at 8:33 showing as no 2 plus the totals indicate that this one was prior to the 8.20 one. I don't pretend to know how trades are tabulated. | thanksamillion
05/3/2020 12:28 | The 2.93 at 8.20 was a sell which knocked price down | bigglesbingham
05/3/2020 10:05 | Having difficulty rationalizing the buy/sell pricing/volume today, perhaps a big buy order behind the scenes. | thanksamillion
04/3/2020 19:31 | Nice £10k buy late reported. | thanksamillion
04/3/2020 13:13 | Was referring to the day. The day before price was hit hard but very few sells were declared so looks like this was in background as i commented on the day | bigglesbingham
04/3/2020 12:29 | The problem is that if you want to sell a large quantity say over 500k, you can't sell them directly so the MM decides the price. On that basis that sale details may well be correct. | risa5
04/3/2020 06:01 | Possibly but on any day it was a giveaway! | shortarm
03/3/2020 22:47 | Think that may have been yesterday price action today doesn't justify it | bigglesbingham
03/3/2020 17:42 | Which chopper sold 1.5 million at 2.56?Good move that lol | shortarm
03/3/2020 15:56 | Think if the market settles , deal goes through, debt paid of, existing JV cash surplus distributed then safely say I see this well above 4p and could touch 5p if divi announced | bigglesbingham
03/3/2020 15:53 | Whilst most expect the POG to rise in times of stock turmoil, this isn't necessarily the case. All assets will get bashed in the event of a crash, aka 2008 and more recently last week. However, when the dust settles, Gold will rally, as it did in 2008. Unfortunately, gold producers on the whole did badly during that Gold rally, so they're not really trusted to perform. So, don't be surprised to see AAU and other producers get whacked if there is a stock market crash and any recovery could be glacial. There will of course be exceptions to the rule, I guess it will depend on the quality of the company. (Not all my words btw, a bit of plagiarism involved). | mufprat
03/3/2020 15:44 | Just a bit! Had bet on SIL3X three time silver leveraged - nice | bigglesbingham
03/3/2020 15:19 | Gold and silver pinged again. | soulsauce |
