i felt cheated with newmont deal. why was the deal done on the holding structure, not where it belongs. ....we got computer data but have given away lots of hard assets, some actually earning cash.

i can not see any appropriate monetization ever. because even if something is found, newmont will have full operational and ownership control over it.

so with just 2 deals newmont + dokwe - we had ownership transfer and we here have a saying ... you can f... off in big kangaroo jumps

but BOD remains. having it all as it was. patting their bellies with wry smiles.

and we got nothing in cash terms for transfer of control premium. for what -

a database
even more gold in the soil.. and we have no ability to deal with what we have on our hands at present. how unreasonable is that.... being impotent and increasing harem

shame on you. it makes no sense on almost any metrics from where i stand.
just take oz in soil as the exchange metrics for example and disregard all the rest for starters

The opening question in any interview should be something like: “Ariana’s share value has been trashed since your RNS announcement. Obviously, you must think the market has got it completely wrong - please explain!”

i have no issues with listings

i have issues with the changing shareholders base.

last 2 deals are with newmont and now dokwe. meaning completely new majority friendly shareholder base.

i feel kicked out ... i would feel even worse if i would be supporting this Co for a decade +

they should do all their supposed value creating acrobatics on the daughter level. like the Turkey JV.

why are they not merging leoprard /or similar/ with dokwe on whatever comes out ratio. or similar. doing it on a holding level is a big NO for my taste.

i am looking if the geologists have deceit/manipulation as part of their study... because it is so common among them on a highly professional basis

bigglesbingham once they are dual listed it is always an option. Companies are moving away from Aim everyday, how can you seriously claim they never would?

Cinoib I don't have a large holding, I have been here nearly 20yrs and so just let what I have run for FOMO reasons I suppose even though a FOMO moment has never arisen. If I held what I used to I would be pulling the last bit of my hair out right now and many times before.

Why would they want to single list in Australia has anyone taken breath and actually thought why would they do it. They wouldn't is ridiculous conspiracy theories. Calm down FFS please. We will be given the information to make an informaned decision. If not then 22% on here will vote against its as simple as that.

II have no problem with ASX listings, you could simply move over to them.

Pretty sure there is a lot more going on behind the scenes than we imagine, particularly the JV politics.

Waiting for wash day then.

Soulsauce, you say all the right things, so can't fathem it out why you are still in here as most people invest for a profit , not to see there hard earned sit there for years dwindling away. You can do that leaving it inn your back pocket as inflating nibbles away at it. Management is the big issue here and this one has lost his way completely and doesn't seem to remember he has investors propping him up.

I have always considered the AAU portfolio to be too scattered, with not enough control of many of our assets, but this move changes that, and it offers the opportunity to clean up the pf.

I like the deal, and the current share price I'm also not a fan of the AIM and prefer tighter market regulation.
As for the idea of loyalty, grow up!

Market likes the deal then. Just as we were recovering. FFS, management really are top banana at delivering value for shareholders.

I for one don’t want to be caught in a situation of selling down my holding at a decreasing share price based on a deadline date by which we delist from London.
Let’s hope it doesn’t come to that!

From "the other board"

Once again, left feeling like KS has't done any favours to the share price with the news this morning. Why is it with KS that every RNS seems to ask more questions than give us answers. When it comes to timelines AAU aren't very consistent, and are instead consistently late, so take the 3 years with a pinch of salt. I like the idea of not having all their eggs in one basket and diversifying from Turkey, but not to Zimbabwe, and surely it would have made sense to get Tavsan up and running first. All in all, not very happy, and looking at the SP, not too many people are.

kaos 23792 love the analogy, very good.

One thing I hope that will come out of this whole mess xow is that we get a Chairman that at least has an inkling of ability.

I think Kerim only stands a chance of getting this through if there is a firm Commitment by AAU to keep its AIM listing.
