I don't think there is an ice cubes hope in hell of a divi being announced. The previous divis were special divis as a result of the company capitalisibg some assets. That is over and done. The next will be either another of those as a result of another yet to be announced asset disposal (unlikely) or the start of a more permanent regular dividend stream that the board think they can support from a horizon of dependable net income.

musings like about Cyprus jurisdictions ....

genuine and first time mentioned and even real to certain degree - the big Q is to what degree

I was just doing the thinking ... about future cash flows and the Cyprus reality regarding border and jurisdiction...

Charles, No doubts at all, however a declared divi would send a very strong message that all their plans are on-track, if not better than expected.

konil, I agree on both points.

Can't say as I blame him with the way the company is run.
The company is all about PIs with little in the way of an institution and it is PIs that will move the needle yet we are treated with disdain.

Thanks - even in the absence of a divi announcement this year, do you have any reason to doubt that AAU's finances are anything but sound? If they are financing Tavsan themselves within the jv I would say that is a pretty positive statement myself.

Shortarm, perhaps confirmation is not the right word, last years divi RNS was on Friday 18/2 so still possible to hear something tomorrow.
Would be a good positive message that the companies finances are in good order and everything is going as planned.

With no confirmation RNS this morning this years divi is looking doubtful.

Kaos3, Have you got out of the other side of the bed this morning? your posts are sounding
positive today. Hopefully the upwards march will re-commence. GLA

Less not forget that Newmont paid 4.8p to finance WTR, they weren't in it for the special divvy!

A current mcap of £32m is plainly ridiculous given the gearing here and the outlook for gold/silver/copper.

The ratio is currently 1p for £10m so a £100m mcap is still peanuts, especially to a major that may want to swallow us up in one gulp, ergo a 10p minimum share price

Huge potential going forward, and with the prospect of a steady dividend stream vastly undervalued in my humble opinion.

There is a lot going on behind the scenes here, and all will be revealed in due course.

It's myh view that anything under 10p is actually a steal, given the future prospects for gold, silver and copper and the planned expansion here.

I suggest by the end of this year the share price will look very different to the current 3p.
