If the buy price is less than the mid price it shows as a sell. Its purely a mathematical fact. Mid price 2.95, you bought at 2.949, by definition a sell as the seller accepted less than the mid-price of 2.95

Anybody got the email address of that Ryanair fella? I've booked a flight back to Blighty and I want to check he's on top of his plane situation and is paying for his time slots! Was also wondering which pilot it's gonna be and when he last trained on the particular airplane I am booked on? Fuel quality! Who can I check that with? OMG I am such a worrier these days!

I am not day trading. I posted after the recent fall.

on Venus I am reacting to the BB discussion on the topic - something never discussed before
I made just 2 points seeking clarification and others opinion -

1/cyprus venus specific location jurisdiction one by one

2/ on the future pay out assurance - not promise or comment or hope

I would be glad to get the fair and factual response not

- bitter, day trading, re exam etc ,.... weak imho

look at the licence application on the east ....it is clearly Turkey ... the rest in on the borderline more or less

hard to tell which jurisdiction exactly .... hence I used conditional .... for anyone to comment with a factual official quote about the jurisdiction

well I am glad we do not invest more into Turkey - as Venus is in Turkey - or am I wrong about financial and legal jurisdiction

If Venus is/was a good fit partner for Apliki, surely this would not have lapsed. If all the synergies were there it makes no sense at all for this to appear to be in jeopardy. More information definitely required on this one please.

Shame gold is off at the moment. It would be a real leap to suggest that we followed it up. But now we are down here it looks like the same old slog again with AAU.

I wish the management would address those risks....

all I got was - we are protected by the law ... and nothing about the assurances beyond the lowest standard /law/ in the JV contract that I wrote about in the past - like veto power, min cash flow distribution agreement, transfer pricing of the partners and on and on it goes
