26/7/2022 08:15 | Apologies, error with KS Companies House records: MDV appointed 15/4/2005 17y KS 1/4/2005 17y CS 2/8/2016 6y WP 22/7/2010 12y | xow98
26/7/2022 07:36 | Think you find if it jumps to 4p it's for a reason and that reason shareholders will be tempted to stay on the back of the news flow creating the increase. It's just the way people think. There is a lot of negative press for the board here atm mainly due to frustration with share price and delay in news flow. That will change. I just try to look at the underlying progress. Addition of license in an area which has been highlighted with use of newmont database in highly prospective area is adding to strength of company but probably won't affect todays share price but increases the company foundation which is what I'm interested in. | bigglesbingham
26/7/2022 07:20 | Yes those timescales are wrong, certainly Kerim from outset and Michael replaced the previous Chairman I'm guessing about 10 years ago, but would need to check that. | plasybryn
26/7/2022 07:18 | Multi million ounces aimed at (still)! | shortarm
26/7/2022 07:18 | New license! | shortarm
26/7/2022 01:56 | MdV has been on the board five years longer than Kerim? Was K not a director from the beginning? | zangdook
26/7/2022 01:26 | I believe that the board will be well aware of posts appearing on this board. If not then they being deliberately blinkered. I am going to stay around at this 3p level but I think any significant rise in share price will be met with waves of selling by people wanting to either get out or reduce now. A share price of 4p is a long way off. For many the missed timelines have destroyed confidence in this Board and changes there are needed to return belief. Realistically all resolutions will be carried, but larger than expected votes against certain resolutions would possibly provide the wake up call that several posters think is sorely needed | jaynesdad
25/7/2022 22:05 | Agreed Plasbryn 12720, but that is our fault for letting them. Kerim is critical to the business. The only way I can see to get the company to listen to shareholders is to shake them out of their complacent status and in my view that means replacing the Chairman. Many have asked on this board what he does and to date I have yet to see a meaningful response. The BOD have been with the company too long and needs refreshing MDV 17 years KS 12 years WP 12 years CS 6 years AGM coming up and the company has recommended we use our proxies, which I will be doing. | xow98
25/7/2022 21:29 | As no one turns up to the events staged by the Co, as shareholders legitimately consider it a waste of time & money, I bet the Co say - look no one turns up to complain or comment so they must think we are doing just fine. Let's award ourselves some more options or better still bonuses for a job well done. That last bit probably comes next. I do hope some will make the effort to attend the AGM, listen to the latest presentation, raise questions and after look directors in the eye balls . | plasybryn
25/7/2022 21:27 | Fantastic post Plasbryn. Well said | jaynesdad
25/7/2022 20:42 | Yep Plasybryn that seems about the size of it. His way or the highway and his way ain't going to deviate, I think the Q&As have taught us that. Also it might tell why no one has owned up to going to the recent Kerim shindig, well with the exception of renniks valiant attempt. We aren't asking the earth but failing to get a proactive broker on board that promotes the company is bordering on neglect of shareholders. OK it might not increase the share price but I am certain it would get AAU better noticed especially amongst it's target and only market. | soulsauce
25/7/2022 20:33 | I wonder how many see it? Many on here don't even have Twitter accounts so I suspect it's impact is minimal.I've ask a few if they are going to the AGM but no one has said yes so far. Sad really as most consider they will be wasting their breath - comments falling on deaf ears/stoney ground. Can it be true that shareholders have given up trying to get across concerns? The Co. has beaten us down into a subservient group of stale shareholders, some of whom are regretfully throwing in the towel altogether. | plasybryn
25/7/2022 19:40 | Well if the flurry of excitement on twitter was supposed to generate some interest then it doesn't seem to have worked | jaynesdad
25/7/2022 14:08 | On the basis of anticipated news flow soon I've just added a few at 3.11p. | philby1
25/7/2022 11:27 | The list of major shareholders says "*Figures rounded to nearest whole %". They are not, they're given to two decimal places, except for Hargreaves Lansdown Ltd, whose figure is given as 18.89.08. Does anyone know what that is supposed to mean? Is the website managed by Ariana or have they farmed that out to Yellow Jersey? | zangdook
25/7/2022 10:34 | Panther Metals share price continues its recovery, now 0.235 AUD +0.005 (+2.17%) Market Closed (as of Jul 25, 14:32 GMT+10) | thanksamillion
24/7/2022 17:17 | Must say those cross sections do "look" much more prospective than past examples. Whether they are time will tell. | thanksamillion
24/7/2022 11:24 | Thanks for posting D1G3Y/xow. Good to know they are indeed heading back into the higher grade Arzu South. Should bode well for the probable production for 23 being higher than this year. | soulsauce

23/7/2022 17:11 | Soul, You hit the nail on the head there, an aging band of loyal shareholders, some with a considerable amount of shares, having lets some go, reluctantly no doubt, no one wants to be giving them away at these prices, but needs must, and as you say, with no sign of new blood coming on board with any conviction, the share price will continue to drift south until price is too good to miss and may even attract some big players, but is the meantime the slightest trickle sends it lower. when the good news comes and it will, in the short term we will be lucky to see the share price get back to where it was last month, let alone last year. Long term I have no doubts. | renniks2016
23/7/2022 17:06 | I guess that is the crux of it soulsauce. I like to invest in Co's where you get the impression they genuinely want you to become a shareholder. For many years that was the case with Ariana. The directors were open, friendly and went out of their way to share with you their excitement in the Co. Then after the transaction and the cash surplus position it was as though those relationships were false. We had been used. Friendly whilst they needed us. The sudden distancing left a sore taste. I can't believe how two faced they have been. | plasybryn |
