meanwhile pg has dropped like a stone from 1900 to 1800. clearly basel3 holds no settlement/supply fears for the markets. or maybe just a game of chicken. or maybe major impact not expected until uk implementation on 1st jan 2022. who knows.

aau must have known the court dates when they were set, why keep it a secret?

Wouldn't a special divi need to be approved by shareholders?

Thanks Spangle so could be a quick turnaround, mid to late July?

FYI, I3E's timeline for special dividend distribution after the first court date for share reclassification was announced today

On 11 June 2021 the High Court of England and Wales approved the draft order to effect i3's cancellation of its share premium account; a "final" confirmation hearing will be held on 29 June 2021 where the Company expects the High Court will confirm the cancellation can proceed, clearing the way for i3 to make dividend distributions to its shareholders.

If the Company receives a favourable outcome at the above-referenced 29 June 2021 confirmation hearing, i3 expects to set the special dividend's ex-dividend date for 8 July 2021, with the payment being made in late July.

"Interest rates might go up in 2 years" hits gold. Over reaction as normal? Might & 2 years not very convincing. All will be restore idc I reckon.

Well I guess that could be a workable compromise Paul, but I would think H1/H2 would give them enough leeway for slippage. But if there are genuine reasons outside there control for longer delays, investors will tolerate that so long as the reasons are fully communicated. Covid, weather, Government sign off hold ups etc. I'd like to see them listed in order of strategic importance, like I think soulsauce suggested.

Plas, I'd be happy with a chart without dates, just showing at what stage all the various projects are at and what work is still to be completed to get them into production/or sale. I'm no mining expert and have difficulty remembering all the projects let alone knowing what stage they are all at.

Runs like a private company, not especially ideal for shareholders trying to make an informed decision.

Prevent or cause? Agree. Simple, regular, clear communication is all we want. Not a lot to ask - unless of course they are being told to play to another company’s tune.

I agree with Biggles. I want regular communications from the board, not a document that could be used to discredit the company when (not if) dates are missed, and might prevent the company missing a new opportunity in order to meet a stated date.

All that cash and no clear sense of direction makes the company seem like a ship without a rudder. Surely the bod can do more than this to reassure shareholders to continue holding their investment. Give us a detailed plan outlining progress and future direction for example? I seem to recall this was the strategy when Kiziltepe was being developed and they needed shareholder support. But now they have the funds to do what they like shareholders can take a running jump!.

A strategic outline? Well anything to cut through the opacity would be welcome.

It would be good to get a handle on the ordo cognoscendi of the projects we have.
Besides RR, I am not sure in what order the projects stack up anymore.

Well any chart worth it's salt bigglesbingham would have room built in for other factors, it's not like it's our first day in mining or in Turkey for that matter.
The problem is at the moment you have no metric by which to gauge the performance of the company. Just look at Tavsan. I remember getting called from a pig to a dog for suggesting we wouldn't be mining there before 2019/20 and we will be lucky now if we turn an ounce of gold in 22.
