From the proactive investor interview Kerim expects that the gov sign off will not be months but very very soon. In order for him to say that I conclude that he knows the government must be considering their proposal ie asking company questions because he couldn't make a comment like that if he hadn't heard anything from the government. In sign offs like these the time consuming element is getting the authorities to look at the case, once they are looking then it's a short process. Very confident after that interview.

There's been a few odd trades showing just after close. Yesterday was a tiny amount they look deliberate to show a strong finish or a poor open...might just be going crazy on lockdown but stood out to me as odd.

I've just listened to the interview again and picked up on the part when Kerim is talking about Cyprus drilling and says "carrying enormous amounts of gold" I'm getting excited again!

It's been quite frustrating holding AAU for the last 2 months stuck in a narrow zone around 5p. With hindsight I wish I'd dived out into one of the other decent stocks on my watchlist which have rocketed in the last few months like STAF or EQT. You always keep thinking the value here must start to be realised, but then it goes another month without budging. Sigh....

I have no negative sentiment either - I am happy to be invested in Ariana and intend to stay that way. But at the moment, as has been proved by many positive RNSs, the market is just not interested.

Definitely positive sentiment in my house, if I had the spare cash I would be buying.

Were just going through one of those silly phases where steady progress is being made but not showing up as reportable news.

We all have our money tied up in a company whose share price is not going to move positively until the JV is resolved. And since that is out of our hands and we have no idea if we are talking about a week more or a year more, I cannot believe there is any positive sentiment around.
