CC,

Agree - I think we all just want a resolution one way or another ASAP.

"With the build up of cash to be distributed to Proccea and AAU prior to signing of deal , plus money from Proccea implied from a recent interview with KS and TW I’m hopeful for this to be used for dividend for shareholders ..."

Hopefully before the chancellor decides to milk us dry in order to pay for covid ...

Even if the jv went south I wouldn't be too bothered about it. The company has shown that it can stand on its own 2 feet financially and I'm pretty sure there are others interested in Salinbas.

I think POG will rebound fairly quickly.....Old Trumps big day coming up soon......think US is going to be QE'ing lots of dollars in near future......just a thought, but as previous poster said K said anything over $1200 is cream......and we are well well over that. I've been invested here a long long time and not giving up now.....JV thing is annoying and in your mind you keep thinking its gonna go south at last minute....Have faith, Kermins no mug...

I appreciate the time it takes lawyers to finalise documentation particularly in common language and lawyers are a law unto themselves. I'd like some clarification that The terms of Proccea buy in has been definitively agreed and the terms of deal are clear, all hurdles are cleared in terms of the deal and we are just waiting for documents for shareholders to rubber stamp. I believe this type of clarification would put many investors minds at rest. Then I'd see sharp uplift to previous high, to be the platform for jump on the deal being signed. With the build up of cash to be distributed to Proccea and AAU prior to signing of deal , plus money from Proccea implied from a recent interview with KS and TW I'm hopeful for this to be used for dividend for shareholders . I think we deserve it for the patience we have shown.

And all the while gold sale proceeds keep stacking up in our bank account.

Chill everybody, its a rare win-win.

And that, my friends, is the problem with sharing your company with a behemoth.

Very true actonovator. If Ozaltin apply the same degree of urgency to the development of Salinbas, we will all be dead before seeing any benefits.

But when the announcement is so close now (unless you believe it's not going to happen)it doesn't make sense on an investing level to bale out at when the JV news is imminent. Investors have done all the hard lifting, gritted their teeth as the months sail by without news so for the sake of a bit more time the rewards for holding will come. Holding long and strong is my mantra if you believe in the prospects that are going to come to fruition soon.

Just mms playing games , £6000 stock sold reduce market cap by £1000000 . Just have to put things in perspective .

Agree JAF, Ozaltin may have deep pockets and excellent construction credentials, but fleet-footed they aint!

1candc,

I appreciate your sarcasm but looking at it objectively, tomorrow will be exactly 10 months since the JV announcement. Yes, there has been COVID, but you cannot really blame people sitting on the sidelines when this has been dragging on for so long.

It must be the thought of the company near term being paid $30 million cash and announcing a dividend and record profits that scares some people away.

Having recently read the forecasts of hundreds of professional analysts, gold bugs, respected amateurs and soothsayers, I expect strong support at $0...... then again we've had negative interest rates and negative oil..... who knows...

I think that $1810 is an obvious port of call. If that doesn't hold then it could dip below $1700 but I am not expecting that.

Cyber, So trouble overnight in Asian markets and gold has tanked again. Think we will have a rough few days this week. As for support Jordan Roy Byrne of Daily gold (so beloved of share prophets) is saying 1800ish. After that, we should see gold go a bit nuts. Get ready for a lot more money printing with the US election amd Covid part II. So, as Sharpe would say, 'Steady. Hold the line.' And all will be well.

So what's the view on strong support levels for POG? I've seen some say $1864, some say $1843. Any chartists on here?

May well be cream, but is it 5.5p of cream?Sorry I'm not meaning to be negative, I think Ariana remains an excellent company, I still hold my 1.6m shares.Just getting a bit jittery I suppose. If I had been in from below 1p I would be a bit more sanguine!

Bouncing off the August low $1865, if it breaks though with any volume we can expect a further drop to .... Personally I am more interested in the deal, gold goes up gold goes down, then for now it seems to go back up again. Its not going to collapse that's for sure.

Nice to see us recovering losses a bit, but I'm actually a bit surprised given how the POG is still falling?

OUCH!! sounds shocking, my brother needs a new knee, keeps putting it off and I have been trying to convince him to have it done, after hearing that BB, I think I'll shut up!

Any way I'll do my bit to end the day here on par! ;)
