No idea what the charges and taxes would amount to but I believe previously the expectation was for around £5m in total for the divi. If the deal is worth c£35m and charges/taxes amount to say 60% that leaves us with £14m. I think estimates were for £0.004 per share at £5m so very roughly we would be looking now at £0.011 per share even factoring a hefty 60% guess for deductions as well as rounding down the resultant figure? That would be amazing!

Great to fast track it all into one step as well in my opinion. So much legal work involved it is very sensible to go straight to the end game in one move. Allows everyone to get on driving the business forward. They'll be pleased to put all this non productive work to bed for sure. It is a great achievement by Kerim & team and they must feel justifiably proud of what they have pulled off.

Brilliant news, well done to all LTH's who have hung on in there long and strong. Where the share price goes now is anyone's guess other than a lot higher than last nights close. The proposed divi is way beyond expectations and on its own should draw in a lot of buying interest.

Seriously, anybody selling anything here after that divi announcement would surely have to be very desperate for cash, even if the price spikes. Trying to trade prior to the dividend looks a bit too chancey.
