Summary

Factually correct. Looking forward to release of ongoing dividend policy which could bump the price up.

It only adds up if they valued Zenit at 6.6p on the last note. Or more if they've really added something in this time for Venus.

Not sure I follow their argument. They reduced the tp from 6.98 to 5.33 as "a result of Ariana's reduced position in Zenit from 50% to 23.5%, following Ozaltin's $30m payment to Ariana". So we received $30m dollars which is very roughly 2p per share, 0.35p of which has been distributed, and they reduce the tp by 1.65p? Did they mean to increase it by 1.65p and hit the wrong key on their calculator?

30,000 ounces gold per annum, expected from feasibility study.

Production expected to commence in early 2023, following EIA related permitting and land acquisition.

US$630 per ounce cost of production.

Eight year mine life expected through further extension

I think the broker note has been the reason for the trickle of selling over the last month, from those who knew about it, whilst very positive reading, there are a few that no doubt just the look at the reduction in target price, quick look at projected growth and balance their holding accordingly. IHMO

I wasn't expecting much exciting from PG, they never value anything until it comes to fruition. By the statement below they will reevaluate at their own pace when we make solid progress. 'However we see upside to the shareprice, as gold production at Kiziltepe increases, and Tavsan comes into production.'

As usual PG fails to impress with their highly conservative excuse for a broker note. Slice them off at the knees I say!

No need for any capital raises in the medium term, might as well go for a cheaper broker if that is all they can come up with as a target.

No Institutions are going to invest in a 5.33p target share price. Target Market cap = 57m

Target price at 1800 dollars per ounce and an 8% discount is 7.21 with more to come....

Yes it would have saved a lot of the moans.
Now I know why Kerim likes them as they are conservative to the point of ridiculousness.
£4m allocated to 50% of Venus. After recent news we know how far that is out of kilter.
The discounts are absurd.
I know I have been calling for a broker note, but I will revert to my previous position of what use are PG to us really. Shakes head in disgust.

Final target price 5.33p. We were at 6.4p in Sept 2020.

Something seems off in this valuation.

I think we all missed that PG research, could have saved a lot of moaning on here if we had been told about that. Or have I missed something?

Given their price target it is not surprising that share price is where it is
