29/10/2020 09:05 | Hysterical reaction ? Kerim is the CEO of a public company. He did something that, indirectly, has affected his shareholders adversely. That may be acceptable to many AIM CEOs but Kerim has always been better than that. | ![]() jaf1948
29/10/2020 09:02 | Yes it's important to not confuse criticism of the approach with criticism of the action. It has always been the way here though. What they are actually doing is fine, what Kerim did was in all likelihood innocent and well intended, but there is a very important 'how' factor that sits parallel to the 'what' especially when thinking of attracting investment. You could go as far back as the bucketshop raises to see examples of people not disagreeing with the need for funds but very unhappy with how it was facilitated, and the fact is that we sit here on the brink of potentially game changing news and they've over promised on another deadline (barring midday/Friday rns) and timed the reporting of a director sale in the same week the news wasn't reported on time. Bit of a mess from the outside looking in, I don't think insiders can argue against that. | kirbs4
29/10/2020 08:59 | That is nonsense, why the hell should KS explain himself to anyone just to placate the hysterical reaction by some for his selling some shares. Idle hands are dreaming up all sorts of fantasies here while we wait for the expected news, if it bothers people too much then the exit door is clearly marked. | ![]() 1candc
29/10/2020 08:45 | It is not a matter of reading way too much into the situation. Kerim is, from what I have seen and know of him, a very savvy character. He would have known that his actions earlier this week would be open to interpretation. Clearly, that did not seem to matter to him but you cannot blame the comments when the man himself could have explained his actions and nothing more would have happened. | ![]() jaf1948
29/10/2020 08:27 | That 5.9 inches m sell may have taken several days. I did post last week the price here seemed nailed to 6p so every time it tried going up it hit that s | ![]() ekuuleus
29/10/2020 08:20 | Charles - thoroughly agree your post 828, too many here reading way too much into the situation | ![]() 1candc
29/10/2020 08:06 | Unless there is a midday rns they'll be breaking one habit either way, either they release an rns on a Friday or they don't miss the timeline they communicated. | kirbs4

29/10/2020 06:55 | well might find out in 5 mins - but the last proactive interview - 10 days ago? - was half that length and Ozaltin got a billing - we'll see | ![]() actonovator
29/10/2020 06:50 | Actonovator- I don't think that is such a bad thing, old news perhaps? the RNS which will detail the circular to share holders should not fundamentally be price sensitive, as covered in numerous RNS previously, so am I being too optimistic in thinking that we can still receive this when clearly in a 'non closed' situation, which has enabled both KS & MD to jiggle holdings and accumulate? thoughts? | ![]() renniks2016
29/10/2020 06:32 | Just watched it Rennik - ominously no mention by either interviewer or KS of the jv | ![]() actonovator
29/10/2020 06:23 | Confirming KS acquired more shares and why, his intentions going forward. Outlook for share price etc. Great in depth interview. | ![]() renniks2016
29/10/2020 06:20 | Plus details on increased throughput in Turkey, and reasons why, more tonnage available than previously modelled, plus higher grade zones. | ![]() renniks2016

29/10/2020 04:12 | Concurred #2.. Temujin spot on and right on the money, as usual. | ![]() linz22
28/10/2020 23:09 | Some people are letting their imagination run away with them and reading more into this than is warranted - and they need to stop. I honestly believe there is no conspiracy to fool or defraud shareholders by selling fully paid up shares in order to exercise options and take advantage of a bigger slice of the cake. As always, I trust Kerim to act in the best interests of all the company's shareholders. | ![]() charles clore
28/10/2020 22:31 | While there is no news on the jv the share price is more likely to go down rather than going up. I believe KS is aware of that possibility, but could it be that the deal will take a longer time to complete than already announced? Also could it be the reason for selling those shares rather than waiting for the dividend which could have earned up to 100k? At this moment I am asking but not suggesting anything. | ![]() risa5
28/10/2020 21:03 | Tem...as usual completely concurred. | ![]() 8rad
