14/1/2021 18:18 | The guy that two years ago predicted the closing price of Bitcoin for December 2020 correctly has predicted $220,000 closing price for 2021 and thinks we could get there by October, I think it was Max Keiser. | fozzie
14/1/2021 18:16 | Interesting articles today talking about impending inflation in next few years....with so many trillions printed globally, but specifically the USA, that IMO would not be surprising.....likew DYOR welcome back SNF mate Cheers QS99 | qs99
14/1/2021 18:14 | Good to see you moniker again SNF - you did say you'd come back at 150p. So, I think you should certainly reconsider. It's not the same board without you and your invaluable advice and comments. Give it some thought. ATB. | crypto nugget
14/1/2021 18:14 | I just scanned through posts, man are there some people who have absolutely no idea what they are talking about. BTC is here to stay. No way anyone can control it, will caveat with "soon" (may be a few months), will probably only be 17m ever, think may be lower. Seriously take any tech info from Matt as good info. Chart wise price goes above 41250 I see 56k easy. I have 288k BTC projection. BWTFDIK | sideshowbull

14/1/2021 18:01 | Welcome back Suffers! | mnomis
14/1/2021 18:00 | Good to see you back Suffers, and ignore the noise, they're mainly ego trips anyway. | dorset64
14/1/2021 17:57 | It's not a debate. No offence but you don't understand how it works. Transaction fees are totally unrelated to both BTC and dollar value. They are purely a function of how many UTXO inputs/outputs are involved and how congested the network is. Yes, you can choose a fee but the fee level at which a transaction will actually get processed is down to the above-mentioned parameters. If the chosen fee level is insufficient the transaction will never get processed, and eventually the network will drop it. I will say no more. | mattybuoy
14/1/2021 17:24 | Not sure why we need to leave it, it's a valid and interesting debate, especially as ARB make money from transaction fees and will so more so over the coming years.Question, for anyone who cares to debate, do you think the transaction fees will still be at around 0.0001BTC when BTC is worth $1m a coin? That's $100 a transaction, even if the value of the transaction is $1. I don't think so.The fee is determined by the initiator of the transaction and is essentially voluntary and variable. Therefore the volume of network transactions and price of BTC will determine the fees required for miners to process the blocks. | hootza616
14/1/2021 17:00 | + 15.2% is my kind of sideways | aidenabettin
14/1/2021 16:48 | So I guess the 4.5m shares coming into the market yesterday may have caused the sideways movement during today's trading despite BTC reaching 40k+. Shame. Hope they're done taking profit 😃 | turdlurker
14/1/2021 16:47 | Hoping the US OTC can push us on like yesterday. Then open gap upward consolidate and we push on. Not sure all the brokers over the pond allow trading in the OTCQB market and those that do may not yet have ARBKF available to trade as yet. Nice to see us well over the £1 mark though. | uapatel
14/1/2021 16:35 | Re performance, was expecting slightly better, but still a decent showing and am sure will kick on quickly when start setting new ATH's in BTC. | mnomis
14/1/2021 16:34 | Argo Blockchain - Q&A with Peter Wall Video 2 - Jan 14 2021 | thefartingcommie
14/1/2021 16:29 | Surprising but a quiet start in the US, may push on later and another gap up in the morning. Another great video from the boss, thanks for posting Uapatel. Fantastic of the PW to do these vids, amazing access to the ceo. I wish many more companies were this open to their investors. | fozzie
14/1/2021 16:20 | Disappointing performance today considering US miners and Btc strong | nico115
14/1/2021 15:53 | That's just not true, transaction fees are completely unrelated to the value being transferred. Let's leave it though. | mattybuoy
14/1/2021 15:51 | My point is that as the value of BTC grows the number of Satoshi required to process a transaction lowers. | hootza616
14/1/2021 15:47 | Hootza, "Yes but the cost of a transaction is a percentage of the value. When a whole BTC is worth 100m it will cost just a Satoshi or two in transaction fees." Sorry but that it is completely wrong. The transaction fee is determined by a) the data size of the "inputs" (NOT the value) and b) how full the mempool is. I don't want to hijack the board with techie stuff, just trying to make a basic point. | mattybuoy
14/1/2021 15:44 | 45k but the mornings, don't miss the trip.Gla. | countdracula55 |
