Entire firms were set up following the PPI scandal whose only purpose was to take a slice of PPI remediation. After the deadline for that closed they started spamming firms for spurious GDPR compensation claims Kept our legal dept very busy and very costly to deal with. Looks like this will be the next thing :(

The tax evaders are the criminals .But they are Sir,Lord,Baron,lady,baroness et al and totally protected by the establishment..Laws are for the rest of us just in case we had eyes on a share of the wealth.That will not be tolerated

Yeah you need pro status. Just don't do it on an account with lots of profits booked as HMRC will get records of anyone claiming pro to make a case for income tax :(
