11/1/2021 10:58 | The share price was below £1 for at least the first 10 minutes of trading today, and dipped below after 9am again. Did any of you try over the phone if you couldn't get a quote online? | jimjams1993
11/1/2021 10:58 | HL is where I was trying and couldn't even get an updated price until 8.15 - all the messages were along the lines of 'no trade possible'. Think need to 'route to broker', or actually get one on the phone. By the time I was going to do that the bargain prices had gone. | yump
11/1/2021 10:56 | investorgeek1, either getting quotes at 8am sharp or putting in limit orders pre-open. What time did you get quoted £1.12p? | jimjams1993
11/1/2021 10:53 | Serious question, I'm a HL account holder, I've seen numerous posts this morning saying people have bought at a pound or even less, HL were quoting me 112p to buy. How do they get to those prices or are they just de-rampers or shorters ? | investorgeek1
11/1/2021 10:48 | Looks like I should have gone through a broker just after 8am to get £1. Mind you if its now 'doomed' I should get another chance ;-) | yump
11/1/2021 10:47 | PW is teasing about it on the Argo Twitter account.... | suffersnofools
11/1/2021 10:47 | I agree, a correction was to be expected. Noting the pullback in the Bitcoin price over the weekend, I moved my trailing stop accordingly. I plan to add HIVE this PM and also hold BTBT. ARB is discussed extensively in terms of its productivity as a Bitcoin miner versus peer companies by Blonity on You Tube. I am holding with a 2-5 year investment horizon in mind . | nael1
11/1/2021 10:43 | Expecting it to go blue with £1.20+ this afternoon. Once we get the OTC market RNS & introduction, then expecting more fireworks! | jimjams1993
11/1/2021 10:41 | dev80 yep, no problems with AJ Bell, HL or IG. | jimjams1993
11/1/2021 10:40 | The OTC QB Rns could come at anytime, looks like all the paperwork was completed last Thursday, this will greatly increase US volumes. | fozzie
11/1/2021 10:39 | Biden pledging 3 trillion (!) in stimulus this year. Each American getting a 2k check. This is good news, not only does this further devalue the dollar, but past year has shown that much of that stimulus makes it onto the stock market... | alm6
11/1/2021 10:38 | Jimjams1993 - yip - I would have been topping up at ~85p if could have (I am holding a decent position, and being sarcastic as a long-term shareholder, reading all the dire predictions of the bears, based on a simple, healthy pullback in BTC). | mnomis
11/1/2021 10:36 | I use the same argument whenever people say a certain share (e.g. ARB) can never get to a certain price (e.g. £10). I am not sure if it will, but my upside case certainly does have us reaching £10. | mnomis
11/1/2021 10:36 | mnomis, this level is cheap, and the reason why pre-open and on open from the fall sub £1, the buys flooded in! | jimjams1993
11/1/2021 10:34 | Not a comparison, merely stating that if Tesla's P/E can be 1,750ish, then 40-50 for a BTC & cryptocurrency company can easily be on a 40-50 P/E ratio considering all the potential and FOMO! | jimjams1993
11/1/2021 10:32 | Well that sucks ... BTC has a big drop and I still cannot buy some ARB cheaply. Who are all these idiots buying when I wanted to ... thanks for the announcement Peter - how am I meant to pick up more shares cheaply when you keep releasing good news. I must say, ZEC mining has turned out (skill / good fortune) to be pretty genius - around BTC halving when BTC mining margins were really under pressure, ZEC came to the rescue (paying off machines in < 6 months from memory). BTC has a big fall and ZEC goes through roof ... | mnomis
11/1/2021 10:31 | A tenner seems a good targetKey is the orders of equipmentOf course difficulty adjustment will kick in and reduce margins - that is the gameBut a few months of excellent returns aheadShould double from here if BTC hits 50000Strong hands | trentendboy
11/1/2021 10:28 | Hmm, not sure I like that comparison. We'll be more profitable than Tesla this year!Looking forward to Elon using BTC on their balance sheet though..... | suffersnofools
11/1/2021 10:27 | So BTC 24pc correction and ARB off just 10pcBTC climbing towards 50k near termZEC flying OTC RNS due Mining at 70pc for JanuaryFlood of aggressive new US buyers sending a wall of money this way.Expansion plans to comeCrypto FOMO only just beginningMakes perfect sense to be a bear :) | suffersnofools
11/1/2021 10:26 | zCash is flying! | jimjams1993
11/1/2021 10:21 | Well just look at Tesla's P/E, then 40-50 seems conservative! | jimjams1993
11/1/2021 10:19 | Yes. A higher PE gets us over a tenner. But if you suggest that the BB goes into meltdown.Best i don't mention my outlier target of £36 :) | suffersnofools
11/1/2021 10:18 | Zcash flying, 52 wk high, positive for ARB with c.5-6 percent of overall mining capacity | mciw |
