In those time periods i was working 12hrs a day sometimes 6 days a week and was too busy with kids and mortgages with not much money for investing. Nothing else to do nowadays so research and interaction on bb's keeps me entertained sane :)

aidenabetting, at 67 why still spend time on stuff like this if you dont need the money?

ITs great when its all going well, but I imagine you were investing through 2008-2009 and potentially 2000-2002.. not pleasant.

personally Id like to get to a point, where Im working only if i choose to and run say 30-50% of my cash through pretty boring but reliable stocks.

Plat - unfiltered you just for a laugh as have not seen much of you since you were telling everyone it was going to zero at around 4p. If you had only listened and not been such a know it all, you could have enjoyed some of the 20 bag, instead of probably losing money shorting.
