Well done Orm on your analysis. Been swamped with work, so not run my numbers, but seems like you on top of. Unlucky Parsons, but good for rest of us - seem to recall you having another poorly timed sell on these.

This is getting to be very overweight position for me, but hard to justify selling any based on price action, BTC, RNS.

There will be a $417k monthly financing charge related to the leasing - assuming it is done on a straight-line basis ($10m over 24 months). Under IAS17 It is for all intents and purposes the same thing as a depreciation charge for assets you purchase up-front - current machines are being depreciated over a longer life than 24 month.

It is a way of acquiring extra mining power without having to shell out cash upfront, that's all.

I am hoping this means no more multi-million £ depreciation figures.

Assuming an average BTC price of 14,500 for November and average hash rate of 120, it should be possible to get GBP 1.9m revenue at a margin of 41% for the month of November

Ok, so they are adding 430 p/hash to replace the 85 lost - that was the missing piece in the RNS earlier. Who knows what the Bitcoin price will be in 2021 but the signs are looking good so far.
