Jordz, it's interesting to note that the new Finance Director, James Savage, was first appointed as a secretary on 30th March 2020, and then appointed FD on 5th May.

James Savage is also listed as a secretary of Guild Esports PLC.

Other board members of Guild Esports PLC include Timothy le Druillenec and Johnathan Bixby, who both also hold board memberships in ARB... jobs for the boys, or providing valuable services?

Is the seller finally done...?

Sales outnumber the buys today, but the share price has risen, which bodes well. Demand has always been there, it just needs the supply to reduce and this will take off.

Horneblower's chart from a couple of days ago illustrates the same point.

The micro and macro views both suggest ARB share price should be rising now: BTC is in a good place and poised to rise above $10k, hashrate is dropping suggesting inefficient miners are dropping out, ARB is loaded with the latest antminers and is virtually printing money.

However, the large seller has put a lid on this for the time being but the sells can't continue indefinitely.

This, imo, is the best time to buy. Business model de-risked following the halving, share price artificially low due to large seller.

A little patience is all that is needed at this point.

There has been another 850,000 shares sold today so far in large round-number trades, by 10:45am.

If we assume:
- these frequent large round-number trades are all from the same seller
- these sells are all from Eric Chang
- he had 4.5m left last Wednesday
- he sold 1.6m on Thursday
- he sold another 1.6m on Friday

Then he has around 1.3m shares remaining going into this week.

These are big assumptions, and not all sells might be from this same account, but... if these assumptions are close to the mark, then the selling could be done by the end of the day today.

It doesn't seem like this share is being held down deliberately, there is just a large seller depressing the price. The sells are being readily absorbed, so when the selling ends, this will spring up quickly.
