natnrg, yes you can, on most exchanges, you place a sell order with the price you want it executed at, most of the time it should work but they do manipulate things

Hi all. Longtime Lurker - first time poster. Small shareholder here. Anyone who trade BTC directly can you set an automatic sell preference ie. when hits 9000 you automatically sell 5 BTC. As it's a 24/7 market so not to avoid any highs when you are asleep?

I was just trying to explain Bitcoin to my son who is doing Theoretical Astrophysics, thinking that he might have some insights if he looked into it. When I said Bitcoin has historically risen after the halving, he seemed to have some sort of brainstorm and went back to playing games ;-)

How i see the halving is more and more people and institutions are using and storing wealth in Bitcoin. Only ever going to be 21M and new supply is cut in half.I think we can only see a dramatic rise in price over the next year or two as the big players move in. It's a rapidly moving and very exciting sector of the new world economy.

After watching an interview with the CEO on 29 April (CEO stated he was "cautiously optimistic" several times), I was definitely underwhelmed: he struggled when trying to explain BTC halving and looked tired. I saw several press reports in March and April re. the latest order of 1000 new machines - expected to be delivered and INSTALLED by the end of April, but then the CEO in the interview confirmed they had been delivered and expected them to be in operation in the next several weeks. To me, there is a huge difference between receiving a delivery and having the machines in operation. Also, the RNS re. 2019 audited accounts contained an embarassing faux paux (dead / wrong URL was listed). These recent events lead me to believe that the team is not focused and not executing at 100%. These guys should have their feet held to the fire: They work for us (shareholders) and need to tighten things up, IMO. Am still holding....and waiting.
