rcktmn - yes got .54p - it will be a good price if they rise, bad if they drop.

Accounts due tomorrow or Monday was last indication I got and hope they have much reduced loss for second half of last year to move into profit this year.

Expect some more contract news by end June - but it is much delayed now so who knows? Not I.

What's the story here with ARC guys/gals? Share price in the doldrums and positive newsflow currently thin on the ground. Online limits BUY 1mil@0.55, SELL 50k@0.51, so looks like some stock available. Awating the results with interest. ;--))

The 2x500k were buys I tried a dummy buy for 500k and got quoted 0.55 pence.

It's a bit worrying that we are seeing continuing sells at .005p...someone know something that we don't ? perhaps things are not going according to plan and we could be in foar some nasty surprises ?
Hoped to have seen a trading update at the end of March and then the results by now as last yr they were released 3rd June... maybe something's up or maybe I'm reading too much into it !

All will soon be revealed I guess, for better or for worse. I guess we'll shortly find out... just getting a bit nervous in the current climate!

Anyone any news or views ?

last year, the results were released Fri 3rd June. That means results could be released tomorrow ?

Results should be good. increased t/o, reduced losses, now making a profit etc.,
Hope there's no nasty surprises.... the only fly in the ointment could be the training division where the first half was poor and they were hoping to make this up in the second half.

If HB took all those shares, they must have done that for a reason, they may well be holding them for a potential bidder.
I bought in today 100402K at 0.640p

VQ.... you may be right..I don't really know what to think any more.

However, I think it's more likely that HB are still left with alot of the 36m shares it bought a few weeks ago. They couldn't get rid of them so they have to drop the offer to generate interest.. We'll likely see big buys coming in later today and early next week.
The people who bought in on the recommendation of HB at .09-.095p over the past few weeks have been shafted as I was 2/3 yrs ago when HB advised me then that this was a sure fire one way bet up.. (@1.9p)... so I've been well shafted by HB ! (I've since learnt my lesson...never again!)

Our only hope now is that the company is in good shape and making profits and good things will be revealed when the results are released in about 6/8 weeks time. (Like good profits, new contracts, new products and that there is good press coverage and "buy" recommendations etc.,)

Here's hoping !.... (remember, it's always darkest just before the dawn)

HB have had to drop the offer a bit to try and convince peeps to buy and clear all the remaining 36m shares.... not surprising I guess, as thats alot of shares to sell in one go!

Well if they had originally been put on the market rather than taken up by Hoodless Brennan the share price would be in the depths rather than slightly up over the last few months.

It will be good to get this over with and a trading statement and accounts to show the way.
