22/3/2006 07:38 | Sorry must have missed that bit. | blackfox
21/3/2006 22:13 | Think we are at cross purposes - they made the comment about needing extra funds in their last results. Then they raised those funds (£275k)in December so there is no more needed. I agree buys are coming in and the future should be bright.... | unionhall
21/3/2006 22:07 | unionhall, They did mention this in the last results, but said that they may need to raise some more cash due to expansion. I think that this is what's holding the share price down but not for long. I know that most if not all of the trades in the past two days were buys. | blackfox
21/3/2006 22:01 | blackfox, They raised £275k after that comment in December so should be no more required. | unionhall

21/3/2006 21:42 | Someone has been buying blocks of 500k over the past few weeks mts. They are normally reported as sells but they are buys. Also last results the company reported that the last quater loss wes only 98k. People signing up for their products at a rate of several thousand per mth. Also the English language division of red 24 had sufficent mass to cover it's cost on a monthly basis. They did say that market conditions allowing they might need to raise some more cash. My feeling is that they won't do this under 1.5p, and maybe they don't need to now, one more good deal will see this fly. I think Mr 500k thinks the same. Two other points to note. AIG in Japan is expected to offer the products on a mandatory basis soon, and also any increase in income goes straight into increasing the profitable. There has also been some good reports on their products and services. Don't miss the boat. Still a gamble but for those who get in now may see some good returns soon. I hold shares in this company but plan to hold for the long term. Please DYOR. | blackfox
20/3/2006 19:50 | Yeh! I think the results will be good. still got 2/3 mnths to go but may get good trading update before then,,,, It's fill yer boots time...(imho) | rcktmn
20/3/2006 19:18 | The management have put a lot of their own money in at 1.5p. So hopefully it's a sign of their confidence in the company. Last results look good so hopefully the trading statement will bring good news. | blackfox

20/3/2006 14:49 | May I believe with trading statement possible after Easter. | unionhall
20/3/2006 14:47 | Anyone following these have any idea on next results. All sells today are actually buys. So just wondering. | blackfox
17/3/2006 12:12 | don't think it's ramping..what if it is ? no harm in predicting what might happen...I've also been looking at previous trading updates, results, deals etc.,..if ARC maintain their momentum then I think the market will catch up with events and mark it up accordingly... next results should be in late May/June. we could see another good trading update and maybe something on deals / contracts before then....I think it's looking good ! (imho) | rcktmn
17/3/2006 08:24 | Not wanting to ramp, but this has got to be a good buy at these levels. I reckon they will hit 1.5p this year. | arics
06/3/2006 16:05 | Made a tiny top up today, dwarfed by that (presumed) 3.75 million buy. Just holding, topping up now and then. The red24 site seems to be a bit more active now, they are doing daily and weekly reports. This site also shows where they are getting media exposure...hopefully more to come in the future. 05/3/2006 20:49 | Yep - think we will have to wait for good up-date after Easter and wait patiently until then. (and hope in the meantime) Anything before that would be a bonus. | unionhall
05/3/2006 19:31 | Anyone still in this one ? any news /views ? | rcktmn
15/2/2006 11:54 | edit ... sorry ... wrong thread !!! | vanhalen
14/2/2006 22:39 | UH, Thank you for the update/info... sounds good..may get some contract details before then if the're complete | rcktmn
14/2/2006 20:42 | Spoke to Simon Wakeling, Sales Director, this afternoon. He couldn't give any details but indicated various contract negotiations are going well. Expect a Trading statement after Easter and financials in May. He mentioned, in relation to small trades having a big impact on share-price due to illiquidity, that they would be doing some work to bring the share to the notice of the city and institutions once the ongoing negotiations are complete. | unionhall
14/2/2006 15:14 | Looking back over the last three weeks trades we seem to have about as many buys as sells. However the MM's really penalise anyone trying to sell over say 250k at a time presumably because the stock is so illiquid. | unionhall
14/2/2006 14:38 | TMISU, I agree with your comments, there must be something else going on. The company is not just about to go bust.. indeed, is should be making profits now... I've been with this company about 3 years now and have stuck by it and believe the product etc., so, will stay with it as it must come good soon. | rcktmn
14/2/2006 14:21 | Probably about to issue some more shares at a discount to the prevailing mid price. Wouldn't worry too much, this is not the sort of thing a company does immediately before going bust, or am I naive? | themoreiseeyou
14/2/2006 13:26 | Don't know what's happening here with todays drop... there's a persistent seller abut offloading chunks.... anyone know anything ? | rcktmn
03/2/2006 16:20 | I think you are correct, but only the next update or next contract news will confirm. If they can get some more customers signed up the revenue should go straight to the bottom line. With HSBC, Hiscox, AIG and Zurich Financial the fledgeling customer list looks good already with lots of scope in other divisions, geographic and otherwise, of those companies. | unionhall
03/2/2006 16:13 | think i'll continue to top up at these levels... it'll come good.(famous last words) | rcktmn |
